Welcome to Water’s Edge 104S! This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo that is located in the Water’s Edge Complex which is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This stunning property has undergone major renovations! Offering views of the lush gardens, shared pool area and the white sugar sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. Simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the sunsets of Anna Maria Island.

EXTERIOR

The large 40 ft by 20 ft pool is located between the two Water Edge buildings. You can swim in the
heated pool and gaze out over the Gulf! There are loungers to soak up the sun. Tennis courts are across the street for your enjoyment. There is an elevator with a secured lobby. Washer/Dryer is shared, and credit card operated. You are vacationing in a residential area. No car, no problem there is a free trolley which runs the whole island from early morning until late in the evening. There is a trolley stop right out the front of the condo complex so jump on and jump off as many times has you need.

There is one covered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots.
This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.

This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with Duncan Real Estate. We are not notified by, nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay. Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

What a fun and low-key place!

"Thank you for sharing your prefect beach home with us. We had the BEST vacation and can't wait to book again, and we never stay the same place twice. We fished at the Pier, went to Bean Point and had a memorable walk and helped a baby sea turtle make it to the water, while watching a sunset, under a double rainbow. It was an incredible experience for us all! We made friends at the condo and enjoyed the Islands like water - felt like Aruba! We loved Mar Vista, Shore, Tide Tables, Cool Beans Coffee Shop, Pine Avenue shopping, drinks at Ugly Grouper and walking through Bridge Street. What a fun and low-key place! We can't wait to return - thanks for having us!

"There’s so much to say about Duncan and this property! We had a delayed flight and didn’t get in until very late. We were able to get right into the condo when we arrived. The property was so clean! We were so pleased with how clean the place was. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in easily! Anything we needed, Duncan was right there…even on a Sunday! The beach is private, clean and so tranquil! I would recommend this property over and over! You won’t regret staying here! Tell Duncan we sent you! 😊

"Second time on the island, 2nd time in this building. The beach never disappoints. Walking distance to amenities, food, and a short drive or trolley ride for everything else. The condo was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The kids loved the beach and the pool, and the ice cream!
