This beautiful, centrally located 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home has 1,921 under A/C square feet of elevated living space and offers the best of Island vacationing. Up to ten guests will be accommodated very comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, TVs in 4 of the 5 bedrooms and several fantastic outdoor areas nothing has been spared to provide
a perfect beach getaway.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic back yard area. From the living room porch, a staircase leads to your own private Island oasis. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the lagoon shaped 26x17' pool so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or hang up by the Tiki bar out back.

Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 10 people

There is one covered parking spaces in the garage and four parking spaces in the driveway.

"We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We were a group of 9 adults and 1 child, all family, and the home was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and we really enjoyed spending quality time. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. "Our family of 9 loved our holiday stay at beautiful Tiki By the Sea! It is very clean with comfortable beds; large bathrooms; a well appointed kitchen; numerous beach and pool toys with a handy wagon for transport. This is a quiet spot yet close to other AMI amenities and easily walkable to the pristine beach. The back yard pool, spa and grill were such a bonus! And with 2 little ones the door alarm was appreciated. We highly recommend this gem by the gulf!

"We loved our stay, was an easy location and fit our family so well! Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to add shelves next to the bed in the main bedroom. There isn’t room for night stands which is fine especially because there are power strips for device charging, but shelves would be a great addition.
