EXTERIOR
Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic back yard area. From the living room porch, a staircase leads to your own private Island oasis. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the lagoon shaped pool so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or hang up by the Tiki bar out back.
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
There is one covered parking spaces in the garage and four parking spaces in the driveway.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
