Welcome to The Villas in Holmes Beach! Vacation made easy in this small, private condo setting! Villa 2A is a luxurious one-bedroom villa with updated kitchen and many extras just steps to the beach! It is one of six units and features newly renovated ground level Island living. The property is located just across from the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This bungalow has a large pool, luxury kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bedroom sleeping a total of four.

EXTERIOR

Step outside into the private courtyard of The Villas and relax by the 14 ft by 20 ft pool. There is a sitting area by the condo to dine in or spend time with the family. The pool is heated for your convenience. There are also 2 lounge chairs for every unit. Washer and dryer are on site so you can pack light. There is also a community grill if you plan a cookout. The beach access is just across the street.

There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.

This property is protected by video surveillance.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"This is a great place that has a huge shared pool and is very close to the beach. It was also great to have a parking spot so close to the beach. The shower was really nice and had a bathtub and there was plenty of space to put my clothes. It also had plenty of cookware.

"Perfect location; a block from beach, across the street from free trolley stops, easy drive in and out of area. Duncan Realtors were very proactive & responsive with any questions or concerns. They contributed greatly to an effortless process. They are local and have someone on call 24 Hrs. To assist you. The only heads up is that there are no recycle bins on property, so don’t bother separating your trash unless you want to drive off property with it. As a side note I did call Duncan Realtors with this concern which they immediately contacted the owner who confirmed there were no recycle bins (which I believe caught them off guard) so they did provide me with locations off site of recycle Bins. I would definitely stay there again.

"The place is very nice, and very clean! When we needed help with the numeric lock, they were there to immediately help. Very close to the beach and the pool is lovely. The on line guest book has lot of resources for food, delivery, restaurants, and more. This was a nice feature. We would definietly stay at the Villas in the future.

"This place was a nice surprise. It was extremely clean, well furnished and cozi. The kitchen had everything we needed, stainless steel appliances were new and clean as well. They also provide beach chairs and umbrella. The pool is right in front of the unit, which made it perfect to watch the kids. The location is a short block from the beach. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back!

"Perfect location on AMI! One block from the beach, and the private pool was perfect for our kids. The beach itself was clean, accessible and so relaxing. The villas also have a nice privacy wall so we felt very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely recommend. "You can't beat the location to the beach. The property was immaculate and pool was perfect temperature. Clean and very well kept. I strongly suggest upgrading bed to a King from a Queen. Duncan handled everything perfectly, great communication.

"WOW!!! We love love love this place. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria, but we will definitely be back. We were a little skeptical of what to expect, but we were very happy with this property. It’s in the perfect location to the beach not a long haul at all just steps and then you also have the pool which was a plus for us. Not anything to do with the house but I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around on the island. We had wonderful neighbors, easy check in, and a clean house. I can’t wait to visit again in the future. Myself and my husband loved this vacation.
