The closest beach access is just around the corner at Cypress Avenue. There is no direct path to the water from the backyard. Come home from a sunny day on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. The Lady Fish is also conveniently located a short walk away from Pine Avenue's shopping area. Here you can try out the delicious local cuisines, browse through shops and much more! Don't forget the free trolley that runs on the Island from sunup to late in the night.

There is one covered parking space in the car port along with two additional parking spaces in the driveway.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August-January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

"This place was great! The garden from the houses in the back is majestic and really peaceful and the walk to the beach is just 2 minutes away. When we got there there wasn’t any adult sized beach chairs or umbrella and Duncan quickly replaced it 🙂

"Our family group - my husband and I, my 2 daughters and spouses, had a lovely Christmas holiday week at this lovely Anna Maria property. We mostly cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, and loved the nearby Cortez Fish Market. But there were plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes for lunch or dinner excursions. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The house was spotless when we arrived. We all enjoyed the patio, and the dogs were happy with the small yard. It is a very very short walk to the beautiful Anna Maria beach, although sadly for the dogs, they were not permitted. Duncan Realty was very responsive when we had a question.

"Loved our stay at the lady fish! So close to the beach. And the deck was amazing - nice tropical beach view from up there. The house was spacious, immaculate, and perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed our time there, and it was walking distance to pine ave and other restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!!

"My family chose this home due to the fantastic location near Bean Point and we were not disappointed. The lack of public beach in the area mean you can spend the day on a beautiful beach with plenty of space away from the crowds seen in places like Clearwater. The outdoor living area is incredible and was where we spent a great deal of time while visiting. Will definitely look into booking this property again!
