Welcome to The Crescent which is a newly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom private home with a pool.

This fabulous house is only a short walk to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria and also four houses to Bay Front Park. Stroll down to Pine Avenue and dine out at one of the many fine restaurants. Don't forget to explore the Island on the free trolley that runs all day, every day from the end of Pine Avenue.

The Crescent has all the charm of Old Florida ground level living with modern updates. The large living room has plush seating for the entire family and a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, dining room and sitting area. The vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a perfect place to prepare the family meal! Start your day sitting at the breakfast bar with your favorite morning treat!

BED & BATH DETAILS
The main bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV along with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

EXTERIOR
The tropical garden surrounds the pool, and outdoor dining area has plenty of room for family and friends. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy evenings around the pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating areas to make the most of the Florida weather. There is also a free-standing bar overlooking the pool. Enjoy the outdoor shower to freshen up after your day at the beach.

Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available at a weekly fee of $150/week. Please contact us 48 hrs before arrival to add pool heat to your booking.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days.
Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Please note if cold days/nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
Pool waterfall is not available.
