Welcome to The Beach House! Amazing Northern end, luxury home sitting on the Gulf of Mexico with a pool! Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, north of Pine Avenue on beautiful Anna Maria Island, The Beach House is a spectacular beach retreat. Looking like an Old Florida beach house on the outside, the interior has been remodeled to make a stunning, comfortable family home. This three bedroom/two and half bath pool home is perfect for a couple or a large family. The living area has an open plan, views out to the pool and gulf. A bright kitchen with breakfast bar and don't forget that fabulous view of the Gulf. Step outside the living area onto the enormous, pool deck, with views over the warm turquoise Gulf waters. With sun loungers, large couch, and dining area, which is a great dinner spot if you decide to stay home to take a break from all the tasty eating spots to be found on the island. If you are looking to accommodate a party larger than 8, you may also reserve The Beach House 2, which is located directly next door and sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

EXTERIOR

Step outside into the pool deck and covered patio area to relax, swim, and enjoy the sun. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. The beach access is right in your back yard.

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are two covered parking spaces in the car port and room for another additional car in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We had our family vacation at The Beach House this year. It was amazing!! The house was oceanfront and we could just walk the access path to and from the house. We walked to Pine Street and had dinner, drinks and some shopping. We will definitely rent again.

The true magic lies in the location!

"Nestled on the picturesque shores of Anna Maria Island, this enchanting beachfront abode is a testament to a coastal dream. My family of 4 plus grandpa had an amazing experience. Boasting three bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds for the kiddos and a foosball table to compete to determine who had to go to bed first) this charming retreat offers a serene sanctuary not visible to its neighbors and hidden from beach roamers. The allure of this property is heightened by its spa-like 85 degree swimming pool which was hard to get out of (Florida was chillier the week we went) and steps further you walk through a couple of dunes to baking soda soft, WHITE sand to the Gulf. It was easy to unwind with the shimmering waters under the Florida sun. We dined in several nights as it was hard to leave with the masterful design, blending modern amenities with coastal charm to create a "home" that was both inviting and refined. But perhaps the true magic lies in the location. With the beach as your backyard, the sound of the waves becomes a soothing lullaby, and the breathtaking views of the ocean are a constant reminder of the beauty that surrounds you. Although it feels quiet on the beach we walked a couple of blocks to Pine street where there was all kinds of action from pizza places, bbq, seafood, stores, bike rentals, our nightly ice cream stop at Dips (or Two Scoops). Yet, our best experience was walking the beach to the Sandbar where we ate outside, kids played in the sand and we strolled home with a beautiful sunset. It is truly a place where memories are made, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. PS, there were coolers, chairs, umbrellas & toys/games too.....

"The house was perfect for our family. It was well thought out, well stocked and the location was amazing! We enjoyed the covered back porch with views of the ocean and being just steps from the beach. The covered parking was a great bonus as well. We will definitely be back!

"Great location, right on the beach. House located on the good beach side of Anna Marie island. Once you open the property gate towards the beach and you in the dunes. The hot tub temperature was great 88, very warm to sit there at night. Pool condition and temperature was good.
