Welcome to Surf Riders Down which is a fully remodeled island cottage on the westside of Gulf Drive in the City of Holmes Beach. The property sleeps up to 6 guests.
This ground level home has an open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. Relax with a good book or enjoy a family night with plenty of board games available. A second queen ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.

The upstairs unit can be added to accommodate 8 vacationers in total but is not rented separately. You will have privacy when renting Surf Riders Down.

Bring your family and enjoy all the amenities Surf Riders Down has to offer! No main roads to cross and steps to the white sugar sands of the gulf beaches. Enjoy the pool and spa with heating in the backyard! There is a $150 pool heat fee per week in addition.
Stroll to the beach and soak up the sun! Return, freshen up and explore Holmes Beach for shopping or eating out, enjoy the sunset with cocktail in hand.

Surf Riders Down has three parking spots reserved for guests.

This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"A perfect place to vacation on AMI. The property was immaculate and wonderfully appointed with everything one could want for a great stay. The location is such that one can get around without a car, if one so desires, but also has ample parking. The beach, restaurants, and grocery store are all just a short walk away. Cannot wait to return!!!

"Surf Rider is located a short walk from beautiful beachfront. The house is well stocked with anything you'll need. Duncan Realty is great to work with and always available for any questions we had. Pool/Spa is a great addition to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

"My husband and another couple took our senior high school boys on Spring Break and Surf Riders was the perfect location! We loved Surf Riders! There is a separate "in-law" quarters so one couple stayed in the house with the boys and one couple stayed upstairs. Surf Riders had everything we needed, was very clean and was centrally located to all of the island activities!

"Surf Riders is fabulous! My husband and I plus our son and his family could not have asked for more in this large new renovated home. Location is perfect with Trolley out front, walk to beautiful beaches and to great eating spots. Kids loved pool so much they skipped the beach some days. Everything is provided for cooking and the amenities are top notch. The second floor living area gave us grandparents an “escape” when needed.
