Sunkissed is a beautiful, elevated townhome located in Holmes Beach-just a short stroll to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This great property offers more than just a fantastic and central location but also features a private pool with a covered pool-side lanai which provides the ideal resting place after a day at the beach. Sunkissed offers a great location, fantastic backyard, and beautiful furnishings inside. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach or explore the rest of the Island with the conveniently located Trolley Stop just a short walk away. This convenient Island service is free of charge and runs from the North end of the Island to the South from early mornings until the late evenings. At Sunkissed you truly have it all!

EXTERIOR

Sunkissed features a beautiful backyard adorned with a private 24 ft by 11 ft pool, covered pool side lanai, and tropical landscaping. Enjoy quality time spent outdoors simply enjoying the pool or indulging in an outdoor meal together. The gas grill is ideal for grilling up the catch of the day or simply explore the local restaurants conveniently located within walking distance. The free trolley stop is directly across the road. Within walking distance is the Holmes Beach City Park, Skate Park, and Public Tennis Courts. There is also a boat ramp a short drive from the property.

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are three parking spaces in the driveway available for use throughout your stay at Sunkissed.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.

In compliance with the Condo Association, Sunkissed requires an application as well as a $75 condo fee.

"My family had a great time staying here. You couldn’t ask for more. Phenomenal house, short walk to beach, fantastic pool area, etc… In various reviews you will see comments regarding road noise, yes there is a little but not much and it would not prevent us from staying here again.

"Perfect place to getaway for 10 days in paradise! House was just as described and beach supplies provided and made the short walk easier! Trolley stop right across from the driveway was an added bonus feature! Duncan realty was very responsive and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend this house and can’t wait to book again!

AMAZING AND RELAXING

"This property and management were amazing!! The pool and outside areas were huge with tons of space. The garage was stocked with beach wagon, cooler and lots of beach toys and pool toys. Nice comfortable walk to the beach or trolley stop right by the house! This home is loaded with everything you need to cook with, only thing the kitchen could have used was a bigger crock pot! We had a great time and we are already booked for next year. Duncan is amazing as well, we were grilling out and ran out of propane they were there in 5 minutes with a new tank!

"The house was extremely comfortable and well stocked. The pool area was a gem although if i could change one thing it would be the traffic noise but that's just because of its location, not enough to deter me from staying there again. Overall one of the best rentals we've stayed in. AMI is a gem!

"We had a wonderful family vacation in Sunkissed, the first time coming to Florida and to Anna Maria Island, and we love it! House was clean, well equipped, the pool was wonderful although smaller than what it looks like in the pictures! But overall the house was cozy and beautiful! Thank you so much, we definitely recomend Sunkissed and definitely will come back!

"The property is gorgeous and lives up to the pictures. We absolutely loved all the outside spaces. The outside patio upstairs was great for breakfast and evening visits, but the downstairs covered patio next to the pool was our living spot. Overall we loved the property and highly recommend this home.

"We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and we liked having plenty of outdoor space. Would be nice to have had patio furniture that’s a bit more comfortable for sitting on upper patio. Main floor was great . Kitchen had the normal amount of cooking supplies that you find in rentals. The upstairs could use new carpet or hardwoods. Carpet makes it seem dirty especially when it’s in bad shape. Curtains to block out light would be nice too. They had box fans which was nice because we like to sleep with the noise. Beds were comfortable, and had plenty of extra blankets. The garage was full of beach toys, boards, and chairs which was great. The beach was an easy enough walk. We rented bikes but would have probably done a golf cart too if we had it to do over. Going back and forth to the beach would have been easier to haul things. It was on a busy road but didn’t really bother us. It was walking distance to the the ugly grouper which is a great restaurant . Publix, Walgreens, etc we’re about a 5-10 min drive depending on traffic. It was really busy when we were there so getting around was kind of a pain, and restaurants were packed every night. I would try to go off the island for our bigger grocery trips, but definitely plan them really early or late otherwise you sit in traffic to get on and off the island. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend staying here.
