Rooftop Deck
Crowning the home with 360-degree Gulf and island views, the rooftop deck offers seating. The perfect space for entertaining, yoga, or stargazing.

Slice of Paradise draws from coastal modernism, geometric rooflines and inviting living spaces. Elevated above the garages, it’s surrounded by mature palms and tropical landscaping. Located in a central location and a short walk to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island, the property offers privacy while remaining close to the Holmes Beach boutiques, cafés, and beachside charm. Slice of Paradise embodies the essence of modern coastal life.

The weekly pool and spa heat is $150 which will be set at 86 F for the pool and 102 F for the spa.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days.
Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running.
The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on in order to warm up. The spa has to be turned on manually and will run in increments. Please note if cold days/nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
