Shell Cove 106 is a cute, newly renovated in 2024 beachfront condo in Bradenton Beach. Steps to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island! The living area has plenty of seating with a large HDTV. The dining room comfortably accommodates 5 people. The master has a king size bed and guest bedroom features one queen and one twin bed and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets and countertops. No dishwasher. Walk out to the beach to watch an amazing Anna Maria Island sunset every evening. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. Wireless and cable to keep you connected just in case!

Truly our happy place!

"This is our 8th year staying here and we were so happy to be back after the hurricanes last fall. Everything in the condo has been beautifully redone and this is truly our happy place!! We love being right on the beach and the condo is close to great restaurants, Publix etc. We will be back next year - can't wait!! Thank you to the owners for working so hard to have the condo ready for us.

"This condo is so comfy and has everything we needed. The washer / dryer was so helpful! We loved being walking distance to Bridge St and our favorite restaurants of Wicked Cantina and Island Time! The kitchen in the unit has everything we needed. Check in was easy and having the beach chairs was much appreciated! This is our second stay here in a year and we will be back again! Can’t beat the location of this condo right on the gulf!

"Property was perfect for the 3 of us, right on the beach and centrally located on Anna Marie Island. Management was very communicative and when my trip was delayed by a day the stepped up and worked with my new travel schedule. We highly recommend this 2 bedroom beachfront rental to any couples or family as their ideal getaway!

"We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Ceiling fans and AC worked great. Plenty of beach chairs available. Plenty of towels available. Pretty Quiet location. Kitchen is small if you want to cook, but it is doable. Washer & dryer worked. Beach is beautiful and the trees/plants around are beautiful! We did not have any issues.

"Great place to stay. You can see the sea through the window and be on the beach in seconds. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for entertainment and restaurants. There is something for everyone within 1 mile. We rode bikes on the bike lanes up and down the key without any issues even though the main highway stays busy throughout the day.

"Everyone loved our stay! The location is PERFECT! White sand beach is steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having the beach cart with chairs, umbrella, etc. was so nice! We loved that the beach here was quiet, but the great restaurants and shops are a short distance away. Already have my return trip booked!

"Some vacations are for sightseeing and adventure, which are amazing; however, sometimes you just need a time of rest and relaxation. This was the perfect property for both types of vacations, though we chose to enjoy the latter as everyday was spent at the beach. The condo has everything you need for a full day at the beach - umbrella, cooler, chairs, noodles, toys, although, if you forget anything, it's a minute walk back to the front door. The outdoor shower is a great convenience. Duncan Realty was great! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and check in was a breeze. It was a great place and because of that, it made our vacation all we needed it to be - perfect.

"Really enjoyed the stay here. A bonus to the stay is that they provided beach chairs, umbrella, a wagon to haul it in, beach towels, and other things. This is great for those traveling by air and who would have needed to rent/purchase.
