Welcome to Sea Star Villa! This well constructed 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom Island home with a bonus room is ready to host guests comfortably! Larger families will enjoy the open floor plan, providing plenty of room to spread out and enjoy comfortable Island style furnishings and entertainment features. Pretty quilts are just the beginning when it comes to the comfort of the guest rooms. Splendid interiors, supremely cozy beds, makes falling into bed after a long day on the water that much more enjoyable! The wonderfully inviting master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the pool. Enjoy family meals, cocktail hour, and preparing your catch of the day in the fully appointed kitchen. With plenty of space for all your groceries, enjoy updated appliances, granite countertops, you have all the comforts of home to prepare all your family treats! Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The porch and pool in the backyard promise a relaxing vacation. The house is in short walking distance to the beach.

EXTERIOR

Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently
located covered porch area has an outdoor TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful 18 ft. by 10 ft. swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night.

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $100/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 6 people

There is no garage access at Sea Star Villa however there are still six parking spaces in the driveway available to use during your stay.

This property is protected by video surveillance.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

"We loved this house for our family of five. The pool was great for the kids, plus the outdoor entertainment, kitchen, grill etc. Each of us had ample space. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Arriving late was smooth with our own access code. Communication was quick and satisfactory. Will keep this home on our list for future visits. This was our 3rd year in a row visiting AMI and this was by far our favorite house.

"This was a very clean and nicely decorated house . It was well equipped with all the essentials . We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and around the pool . The location required a bit of zig zagging to get to the beach , but it was not a big inconvenience. We would stay at this location again
