The A side has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a lanai to enjoy the tropical breeze! A King bed along with two Twin beds makes this a great spot for any small family to beds to experience all what Anna Maria Island has to offer. Explore the historic Pine Ave district with its boutique shopping and eateries in walking distance or hop on the free trolley to discover the entire island.

The expansive backyard is a plain, open space, allowing guests a private area to enjoy outdoor activities or soak in the surrounding tranquility. A lovely screened-in lanai, complete with comfortable seating, serves as a protected nook for guests to relish the fresh air, enjoy a leisurely beverage, or simply relax, undisturbed by the outdoor elements or insects. A Little Free Library in the front yard adds a touch of community spirit, inviting guests to exchange books and share the joy of reading. The possibility to rent both sides of the duplex provides friends or families the opportunity for a communal yet private stay, making this home a subtle retreat for those looking to experience simplicity and repose.

Seaduction AMI A is a pet friendly property for dogs. Certain breeds are excluded.The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each stay. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

"My recent stay was truly fantastic! The house was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything one may need. It included beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, umbrella and much more. A special thank you to Duncan for accommodating our early check in request due to our flight arriving earlier than expected. Overall, our stay was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back!

"Very nice place for my husband, myself and two sweet dogs. The fenced yard was the perfect place for them to play. The walk to the beach was close and convenient. We were centrally located, plenty to do and yet private. Everything we could possibly need was provided, dishes, games, beach gear, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, washer and dryer. We loved Anna Maria Island and hope to stay here again in the future.

"Our stay at this delightful retreat was nothing short of wonderful. The warm ambiance, close proximity to the beach, and thoughtful amenities provided a truly welcoming experience. "Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was fully furnished, clean and set up beautifully. It has every comfort of home. The location is perfect with a short walking distance to the beautiful beach and a quick ride to some great restaurants. We plan on staying there again and would definitely recommend!
