Sea Cove Castle is an architecturally designed Island property that promises an unforgettable experience. The 3 bedroom and 3 bath pool home is located on the North-end of the Island in the city of Anna Maria and just a short flipflop walk to the Gulf powdery white beaches.
This house is a unique house that prioritizes guest comfort. Its gourmet kitchen and large living and dining area provide ample space for family gatherings, complemented by numerous out-door areas to enjoy the many faces of this house. There is also a bonus game room with large TV and pool table.

North of Pine Avenue and set in a quiet location, you are a short walk from the beach or bay. For those who prefer an active retreat, various rental options such as bikes, golf carts and mopeds are available, allowing visitors to explore the tropical paradise hassle-free.

Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours and you can relax on your own private dock for fishing and/or boating.

EXTERIOR

The living room opens to a balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or out-door dining. There is plenty of seating and loungers by the pool. Other features include a patio out-back with plenty of seating, shower and gas grill. There are plenty of beach amenities, including a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.

Minimum stay: 3 nights and Maximum occupancy: 6 people

There are 3 parking spaces designated for this property.

A video camera installed at the front entrance and driveway area.

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
