Welcome to Sand N Suds! On the city line of Holmes Beach and the city of Anna Maria and a short walk to the beach, this newly renovated and furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage home is situated on a spacious corner lot surrounded by lush tropical landscapes for a great deal of privacy. Sand N Suds uses the White Avenue beach access. White Avenue is considered a 'north end beach.' There are plenty of beach items and a cart to make the day at the beach a fun filled adventure! The fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.

EXTERIOR

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 6 people

There are three parking spaces reserved for use during your stay at Sand N Suds.

"The overall stay was amazing. The territory is nice and well-kept, and the house is tidy and has everything in it for a perfect stay. Had lots of space for everyone, definitely one of the best properties we stayed in on Anna Maria Island. We had an issue with getting inside at first, as the code wasn't sent to us at check-in. However, that problem was resolved by their team with a quick phone call. Will be coming back!

"This is the second year we used Duncan Real Estate. Once again, they were courteous and extremely helpful. Upon arrival, the house was clean & inviting. "We enjoyed the property as a whole! The location was great. The space was awesome! I loved the decor. The private pool was the cherry on top. The kids enjoyed it so much! Even the little lizards outside were a pleasure to watch. My daughter was fascinated by the shells among the gravel in driveway. The home completed the Old Florida or Beach Bum vibes we were seeking from Anna Maria Island. The amazing sunsets, oh my goodness! The food and sights were phenomenal as well! We thank you so much for help in making our vacation a great one. Your team is great! Each and everyone was such a pleasure- responded quickly with a fantastic attitude. THANK YOU!

"This is such a lovely home, so well equipped for a family to stay. We had everything we needed in a half a block walk to the beach! The home is clean and fresh, all of the communication was fantastic and we had a lovely time in in Anna Maria. Unfortunately, we hit the Red Tide season and it was a bit rainy but, other than that, it was great. I highly recommend this property.
