Welcome to Salt and Sycamore!

This home is a newly built residence as of 2026 and has been meticulously designed to create a space for full relaxation and luxurious coastal living. Salt and Sycamore is only a few houses from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half baths and is just a short stroll away from the historic shopping area along Pine Ave and the famous Bean Point beach area.

Step through the front doors and into a large, screened entry foyer which creates a feeling of island elegance. Open the main entrance doors and you have the option of taking the stairs or the elevator to the first floor living area.

This level has an open plan living room and dining area with a dining table with seating for 6 and a large island with seating for 4. There is a spacious open deck for afternoon cocktails and a conversation area for 8 while you take in the beautiful vistas and balmy evening weather.

The kitchen is equipped with top of line appliances, large double refrigerator, separate cooler drawers and a large island complete with breakfast bar and topped with a beautiful, custom, countertop. There is also a butler's pantry off the kitchen that offers more prepping space.

You will find 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The luxurious primary king bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-through closet and huge walk-in shower with double shower heads and soaking tub. The second guest bedroom comes also with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The laundry room is situated between these 2 suites as well as the half bathroom.

On the upper floor is a second living area which features a large flat screen tv, wet bar with beverage fridge, and a sectional sofa to relax.

There are 2 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that provide the desired retreat spaces to accommodate a total of 8 guests very comfortably.

EXTERIOR

The living room opens to the large balcony which overlooks the pool area.
There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered and outdoor areas under both the house around the 28 x 13 ft saltwater pool and hot tub.
Play a round of ping pong in the screened area or watch your favorite sports team!
Other features include an outdoor shower, gas grill and beach equipment.
(Fire pit not for guest use)

There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is available to guests and well as the golf cart garage with power to re-charge.

Pool and Spa heat are complimentary and are set at 86º/102º as highest heat temperature which might not be always reached. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days.
Pool equipment does not run 24 hours, and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running.
The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
