The Runaway Bay community provides plenty of amenities to take advantage of during your stay such as access to a shared community pool, private beach access, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, fitness center, kayak launch, and a community fishing pier. This property includes access to a fishing pier that is shared between the other units on site. If you are interested in fishing off the pier during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).
This condominium association requires a parking permit to be always displayed on your car dashboard. One parking spot is assigned for this property, however there are multiple guest spots nearby. Only gas powered golf carts allowed per condo association!

In compliance with the condominium association, this unit needs a 7-night minimum stay.
