Welcome to Playa Encantada, a supreme Anna Maria Island Gulf front complex. It offers direct access to one of the best beaches on the Florida West Coast. This recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers plenty of amenities. Take the elevator to this 2nd floor unit that provides a partial view of the water from the open balcony. You can accommodate four people to enjoy waterfront living. Enjoy the morning coffee at the breakfast bar or sitting on the balcony with view of the blue Gulf of Mexico. The well maintained complex also offers a heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, meeting room and covered parking.

This Gulf front condo complex has a lot to offer. Enjoy the sea breezes from your balcony! Stay active in the heated 30 ft. by 18 ft. pool, hot tub, and tennis onsite!

There is one covered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.

Maximum occupancy: 4 people

The property requires a 14-night minimum and a condo application.

"Our family had the most wonderful time in Condo 214 at Playa Encantada! It is our own slice of heaven! The condo is very clean! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and organized. The kitchen is well equipped for cozy dinners after a long beach day! The pool that is literally steps away is warm and kid friendly! The access to the private beach is what our family loves the most. 214 supplies great towels and chairs so you can relax and enjoy the beach and the sand! We cannot wait to go back soon! My family has made so many great memories!

"We had the most fantastic stay at Playa Encantada in October. Lovely condo equipped with everything you need and more, situated right on the beautiful, peaceful beach. Duncan Real Estate is the only company I would recommend to my friends here in England. Duncan Real Estate has really friendly staff who are 100% efficient and professional. Duncan Real Estate operate as a team so any query I had from the UK was answered prior to our holiday. Duncan Real Estate offer wonderful service too and go the extra mile. They provide essential items so you don't have to worry about going to the supermarket immediately. They also emailed me directions to the nearest supermarket prior to travel along with lots of fun useful ideas like hiring bikes etc. I will use Duncan Real Estate again.
