This lovely 1 bedroom duplex side is tucked away on quiet Peacock Lane for a fantastic island getaway with a private pool. The ground level cottage style rental offers a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and bistro breakfast area. The property sleeps a total of 4 featuring the king bedroom and the living room sofa that can convert into a full size sleeper. Enjoy all new furnishings after the recent complete remodel!
Flip flop your way over to the beach in a few minutes! Beach items are provided.
Hop over to the close by Holmes Beach shopping area and browse the boutiques or grab a bite at one of the unique eateries. Put this little gem on your Anna Maria Island bucket list for a relaxing beach vacation!

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the very private outdoors at Peacock Way. There is a grill station with dining table by the front entrance area. Walk along tropical landscaping to the back yard pool area. Splash away in your private pool that can be heated. Lounge, relax in the sun or read a book! There is also another table setting for your al fresco eating pleasure.
Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower!

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 4 people

There are two parking spaces in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Duncan made our anniversary trip so memorable and easy to book. From where to get flowers, golf cart, restaurants places to see beaches to visit. the property we stayed at was so peaceful private, and was perfect. Pool was great everything was very clean and felt like Home. every time we had a question, they answered it. Petra did an awesome job and cannot say enough great things about her. We found our go to liaison and host. From my Wife and I thank you very very much!

The outdoor shower was a game changer!

"We had at wonderful week long stay! Everything was great. The couch was uncomfortable but since we weren’t there much, it wasn’t a big deal. The pool was amazing. The outdoor shower was a game changer. We didn’t take one shower inside all week long. Walkable to restaurants. The kitchen has every utensil, pot/pan, dish etc. Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

"We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Peacock home. Super clean, private and comfortable for my husband and I. You have the option to have the pool heated or not. I like being given the option as there is a small fee. The location was perfect. The beach is an easy walk as well as several restaurants. We have already booked our 2026 visit to the Peacock.
