It is a short straight shot bike ride (2 minutes by golf cart) to the beautiful beach at Bean Point. Escape into this home's backyard oasis which includes a gorgeous pool, spa, and pool bar. Play corn hole or just chill out by the fire pit and take in the canal breezes. Enjoy 1 gigabyte speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. This new home is loaded with impressive details and rich finishes throughout. The entire back side of the ground floor area offers an incredible indoor/outdoor living space. The upstairs (main floor) features an open floor plan that will amaze you with custom details throughout and canal views from the main living area. The natural light that shines through the home is so calming and relaxing.
The ground level features a large bonus area (not under a/c). There is a sitting/dining area and the game room with ping pong and foosball.

EXTERIOR

The backyard of this property is beautifully landscaped and very private with an outdoor undercover seating area. Relax in the 25 ft x 9 ft pool as you listen to the breeze through the Australian Pines. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks or go fishing off the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft) along the dock up to 20 ft long. There is also a floating dock at the property for your easy access for canoes and paddleboards. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

The property includes the use of the two-car garage. In addition to the garage, there are four exterior parking spots available for use.

Pool heat is $150.00 per week. The heater is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting when the heat is turned on. Pool temperatures might not always reach 86° F. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August-January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We loved our stay in AMI at the Duncan rental property. The proximity to the beaches and shops was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood and the pool was wonderful. Beach items were perfect - chairs, umbrella and wagon to pull everything. The house was very clean and well maintained.

"We had a wonderful stay at this home on Anna Maria Island over Spring Break! The house was perfect for our group. We especially loved the spacious en-suite bedrooms, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. The main level lanai was a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, relax, and unwind after the beach. There was ample seating for our large group to enjoy meals together. The lower-level game room was a big hit, and the large laundry room was a bonus for a beach vacation. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed, comfortable home in a fantastic location.

"This is our 2nd time staying in your beautiful home. We loved every minute of it! Ate at most of the restaurants, looked around on our golf cart, enjoyed the sunsets & of course the pool! "Our family of 7 had a great time at your beautiful home. Great weather, 70:s-80:s, a welcome change from Chicago temps. We enjoyed riding our bikes every night (except one evening it was to watch the amazing sunset. We had great breakfast treats at Ginny's & North Shore Cafe. We kayaked down the canal, renting from Lazy Turtle down the street. We also rented a fun day of golf carts from Lazy Turtle - it's super close and provided great service. We rented a boat from Twin Anchors and spent time exploring bars and little Islands and just enjoyed our time. Can't wait to come back next year ! P.S. The wild turkey was fun for us to look for everyday.

"Beautiful clean modern home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door. The layout is perfect. The pool and game room kept everyone busy. We enjoyed watching the fish from the dock and even saw manatee! The location of the home is perfect and located in a quiet area. Duncan is great to work with. They communicated throughout the trip. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! I can't say enough good things about the home and team Duncan! We hope to stay there again our next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Fantastic, new home!

"Fantastic, new home. Clean, comfortable. We were only 5 people, so more than enough space for everyone to relax and have some privacy as well. Open plan on the first floor with really high ceilings gives a grand feel to the interior. Porch off the main floor overlooking the canal is a great feature - we didn't have great weather so didn't get to enjoy it much unfortunately. Ground floor is a bit more sparse than it looks in the pictures - we didn't spend a lot of time there other than when we were using the pool. Location is great - easy walk to the best shops and restaurants on Anna Maria Island. Duncan folks were fantastic - we had a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly. Overall, a nice spot for a long weekend with family / friends.

"Thank you for sharing this great escape where my 4 daughters, a friend + my sister made great memories. We loved the pool, the game area downstairs and just hanging around the house. A golf cart was great for getting to beaches. This was our first time to AMI and it was perfect! A perfect escape to let go of our "to do lists" and "have too.s" When we get back to AR , my oldest daughter and her best friend will part ways in opposite states to begin college. This vacation was a wonderful pause to all the hustle. Thank you again for opening your home.

"I've stayed in many beach homes, and this was definitely the most stunning from the curb appeal, to interior to the dock on the canal. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen which was well stocked. Initially, the freezer kept setting off the alarm, but a PM came over quickly and discovered the freezer basket was put in backwards so it wasn't closing all the way. Another thing to note is the ordinance to have alarms on the doors near pool. A warning sign could be posted to prepare unsuspecting guests. Also, note the "plunge pool" with the bar is best in summer, but not heated. Great location close to Pine Ave and a quick bike ride or golf cart trip to Bean Point, which was our favorite beach to enjoy. Thanks for the great experience!

"The accommodations were wonderful. I was there with 6 other adults. Plenty of space, great deck, great showers and laundry room. We cooked many family meals and the kitchen area was spacious and came fully equipped. Pool area was well manicured and house was clean. Duncan Realty who manages this rental were very accessible and helpful. We did have a great visit! Thank you!

"Absolutely stunning property with all photos accurately representing what you will experience. Great location so close to all restaurants and the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool every day and almost refused to go to the beach - great size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is perfect for 10 plus people if need to. We would love to come back! With or without kids, LOL
