Welcome to North Beach Paradise - a 3BD/2BA Key West, Island style townhouse on Holmes Beach! It's located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a half block from the pristine Anna
Maria Island beaches. North Beach Paradise is just a few steps to the main free trolley line that can take you anywhere you want to go on this beautiful 7 mile island.

When entering North Beach Paradise, you walk up a short flight of stairs to the main level or take the elevator from the garage level to the first floor. This story features a large open plan living area with lots of natural light, a beautiful primary bedroom with a Queen size bed with walk in closet and Jack and Jill bathroom. The well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops includes all appliances like Keurig and drip coffee maker and the washer and dryer are also located here. Step outside onto the large, shaded and screened in lanai off the kitchen to enjoy the tropical breezes or have al fresco meals at the outdoor dining area. There is an additional deck off the living room to soak up the sun.
This home feature another story which has a queen guest bedroom, the third bedroom with two twin beds and a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The downstairs double garage accommodates extra room for parking. You will find your beach gear including beach wagon and chairs.

Loved the location!

"Our family had an amazing vacation and we loved the location of this place. We visited during one of the busiest weeks and it didn’t feel overcrowded on this part of the island. We rented bikes for the week and rented paddle boards near by at Just for fun. We cooked most meals at the house and there was plenty of cookware and space to prepare meals. Our kids loved having their own space on the second floor. We enjoyed this space and recommend it to any family. Thank you Duncan!

Honestly a perfect location!

"Duncans AirBnb was beautiful. Honestly a perfect location. We were concerned before booking about being off the beach, however you're only a short walk across Gulf Drive with several access points. The home was beautifully arranged and comfortable from the moment we entered. The location itself doesnt get much better. Youre across from Holmes Beach, a couple miles from Bean Point and a couple miles from Manatee and Coquina Beach. Wish we couldve stayed even longer! Simply Fantastic.

Easy walk to beach and close to trolley stop!

"Easy walk to beach and close to trolley stop (trolley on island is free). The place was thoroughly cleaned and as pictured. We unfortunately didn’t use the pool until the last day but it was quiet, perfect temperature and also clean. We had no issues throughout our stay and thought the price of the Airbnb was fair. We would book again if back in the area.

"Nice place! Wasn’t sure what to expect because never been to the area. The townhouse was only steps to the beach which was a plus. The unit provided beach equipment that made it easy to take to the beach. The pool wasn’t very far away from the unit either. It was easy to navigate the island by foot, bike or car to get wherever we needed to go. Duncan was responsive and helped with any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend and it would be an option should we ever go back to the area for another vacation!
