This beautiful and tastefully decorated two-bedroom, one bathroom beach cottage has wood flooring throughout. It offers 2 bedrooms with king beds each and sleeps up to four people in total. If you have more people in your party, consider renting Minnow 1 which is the other half of the duplex to accommodate a total of 6.
Spend your days on the close bay beach and relax on the lanai at night with your favorite cocktail and enjoy the island breezes.

There are two designated parking spaces for Minnow 2. Be sure to park correctly according to parking rules.

"Duncan’s place was a great location - a peaceful neighborhood, within 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach. The condo had what we needed including a powerful shower and reasonably well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay on AMI.

"This place was perfect for my daughter and I. No frills, clean and efficient is how I would describe the house. We found the beds comfortable. The shower had terrific water pressure! The only extras were small hotel like toiletries, two rolls of toilet paper and paper towel so plan accordingly. We rented bikes and used the trolley to get around. This was our fourth visit to AMI and we will be back again.

"We had an absolute peaceful and wonderful time, the house rests in a beautifully chill area in bean point, it was extremely comfortable, simple with all the accessories for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival both the area and house were extremely clean and organized. Would love to stay there again.

"Our stay at the Minnow 2 was great. It is very clean, very quiet, and very easy to get to. Off street designated parking if you have a car or golf cart. Short walk to Bean Point beach. Large screened back porch with TV to hang out on at the end of the day. Has everything you need to cook meals and short distance to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

"We had an amazing time at Duncan's place! It was close to the beach and within walking distance to all sorts of things like getting a golf cart or ice cream or dinner. Duncan's team was very responsive and sent us the door code before arrival so we didn't have to wait to get inside. This place was so clean and looked like everything was brand new! "Minnow 2 is a cute, clean place to stay while visiting Anna Maria Island. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, very easy. Also about 3 minuets away from the north edge of the island. Great location! A hot tub would be a great addition to this property!

"Father & Son vacation 2024 to AMI was a huge success and a lot of fun! We had some issues with the AC our first day but thanks to some prompt communication and help from Tim we were able to work out some minor kinks. We stayed in the Minnow 2 location which is a few blocks from the beach and only 2 blocks from Rod & Real pier! This place had everything advertised and was comfortable for what we needed. Clean, practical, and simple. We don’t need all the bells and whistles when at the beach. Will definitely stay and book through Duncan again!

"Our first time at Anna Maria Island and Duncan’s place was perfect for our trip. My wife and I traveled with our infant of 4 months and the place was great for us. Also provided was a few beach items such as a wagon, chairs, umbrella, all of which we used for our beach day. Would definitely come back to stay here, there was still another bedroom for another couple and someone to sleep on the pullout couch. Very spacious!

"We arrived earlier than the 4pm check-in and the people at Duncan were more than willing to accommodate! From allowing us to store our luggage to recommending places to kill some time to getting the property ready quickly, it was great! The property itself is in a perfect spot to go to the pier, go to the beach (with beach supplies available for use!) or really do anything you choose on the island! Whether you’re walking, biking, or driving, the property is in the perfect spot to hit everything on your list. It was clean, there were supplies to cook and grill, I would recommend to anyone and would definitely choose it again in the future!

"Duncan was an excellent host! She graciously gave us an early check in due to an early morning flight. The communication was a 10/10 and the place was exactly what we wanted. It was the perfect place for 4 people! It also had a pull out couch. We enjoyed the screened in porch and short 5 minute walk to public beach access. It was great having beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels during our stay since we flew. Great walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The free trolley stop was .5 mile walk as well. We’d love to stay here again!

"This place was a lifesaver for us when another agency cancelled our reservation due to remodeling! Minnow 2 is actually much more spacious than the original place. Very clean, lots of amenities. Love the screened in porch. Large kitchen space. A real bargain in many ways. Also close to lots of shops, parks and restaurants on the beach side.

"The photos online do not do this place justice; it was truly awesome. Spacious, clean and two minutes to the pier on the bay side where you can watch the sunset. A short drive to the Sandbar restaurant and the beach. Customer service was spectacular! I would definitely book here again. The only down side is the parking; only space for one car and maybe a really tight squeeze for a golf cart.
