Vacation bliss at the newly 2025 renovated Minnow 1! This property is a ground level duplex and perfect for a long weekend or short stay! The beautiful and tastefully decorated beach studio has wood flooring throughout and offers a secluded and private screened in lanai. Minnow 1 features a separate bedroom and bathroom but no full kitchen. The studio amenities include a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and a kitchenette console with microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and silverware. Enjoy a light breakfast or lunch and spend your evenings exploring the restaurants on the Island. It is only a short stroll over to the beautiful white sandy beaches and a 45 second walk to the Rod and Reel Pier.

Grab your favorite person and enjoy time together! This is just the perfect little spot for a fabulous Anna Maria Island vacation getaway! If you have more people in your party consider renting Minnow 2 which is the other half of the duplex.

From the living area, there is a sliding glass door with a privacy curtain that leads out your own private screened in patio with a flat screen. The outside area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy this quiet North end location. There is patio furniture for lounging around or entertaining and a gas grill.

There is one designated parking spaces for Minnow 1.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"This is our 3rd Summer staying on Anna Maria Island. This was hands down our favorite place to stay. The house was immaculately clean, decorated beautifully, and we absolutely loved the screened in porch. My husband and I sat out there every morning and evening. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. We are already talking about rebooking this same spot for next year!

"Minnow 1 was such a cute and quite spot for a romantic getaway to the beach! Only a few minute walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything you would need for the beach (wagon, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs). We will be back to visit!

"This place was amazing!!! I couldn’t ask for a better location!!! It is in a quiet residential community. You can walk to the beach,restaurants, ice cream and lots of shops. "Great host, they were very responsive to texts and their space was extremely clean upon arrival. Was happy to see they had plates, cups, bowls, flatware etc. Also, three televisions was a nice touch. They also supply a few beach going amenities such as a rolling cart and chairs; and they have a propane grill for you to be able to use if you so choose. Will book with them again on our next trip to AMI
