Welcome to Mermaid's Treasure! A fabulous North-end beach vacation home with a private swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath getaway is just a quick walk away from pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches and is close to the famous Pine Ave, offering unique restaurants and shopping experiences.
As you walk in, you'll notice the lovely beach vibe with a casual living area with comfy seating and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks for hungry beachgoers. Enjoy meals on the go at the kitchen island, or gather at the indoor distressed wood table or how about an island cookout using the provided grill on the pool deck.
Relax and fall asleep easily to the sound of rustling palms in the primary bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has bright décor and generous storage space. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Exterior:

Kick back and relax after a hard day at the beach in your private pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical landscaping. There is plenty of seating for working on your Florida tan. Enjoy your morning coffee, or evening meals outdoors, with the gas grill and dining area.

Set out for adventure and hop on the free island trolley to explore Anna Maria Island’s seven miles of beach living and stop at Pine Avenue for unique boutiques and local restaurants. Expand your experience with golf, water sports, fishing charters, manatee and dolphin tours, and sunset cruises from local vendors. Anna Maria Island has something to offer everyone in your group. The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are parking spaces for two cars at Mermaid's Treasure.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We had a fabulous time! This lovely home is truly a treasure. Just steps to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and felt cozy and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the greenery on the back patio was lush. Beds and furniture were quite comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was just perfect for our family! Duncan friendly, flexible, and responsive. All in all it was an amazing trip. Can’t recommend AMI and this cozy little cottage enough!

"It was amazing and we absolutely love the place. The walk to the beach is even closer than what the pictures showed, the house was so cute and clean, and the backyard felt very private from the neighbors. If I had one complaint it would be that the master bathroom shower is a bit difficult to figure out, but other than that everything was extremely great.

"My husband and I stayed here recently for our ten year anniversary. With only steps to the beach it was absolutely perfect. This little bungalow was perfect for the two of us but plenty of space for up to four people. The pool and hot tub were both amazing. The ac worked well and the location was absolutely perfect. I'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

"I brought my kids here for spring break. The house was in a great location - an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Better yet, it's just off the beaten path - this end of the island is so quiet at night!
