Welcome to Mermaid's Treasure! A fabulous North-end beach vacation home with a private swimming pool and spa and plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath getaway is just a quick walk away from pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches and is close to the famous Pine Ave, offering unique restaurants and shopping experiences.
As you walk in, you'll notice the lovely beach vibe with a casual living area with comfy seating and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks for hungry beachgoers. Enjoy meals on the go at the kitchen island, or gather at the indoor distressed wood table or how about an island cookout using the provided grill on the pool deck.
Relax and fall asleep easily to the sound of rustling palms in the primary bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has bright décor and generous storage space. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Exterior:

Kick back and relax after a hard day at the beach in your private pool (24x12") and spa surrounded by tropical landscaping. There is plenty of seating for working on your Florida tan. Enjoy your morning coffee, or evening meals outdoors, with the gas grill and dining area.

Set out for adventure and hop on the free island trolley to explore Anna Maria Island’s seven miles of beach living and stop at Pine Avenue for unique boutiques and local restaurants. Expand your experience with golf, water sports, fishing charters, manatee and dolphin tours, and sunset cruises from local vendors. Anna Maria Island has something to offer everyone in your group. Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Pool equipment does not run 24 hrs., and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running.
Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are parking spaces for two cars at Mermaid's Treasure.

"You cannot ask for a more perfect r2b/2b rental! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the bathrooms were spotless, and the pool was the perfect size. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, making breakfasts inside and taking the quick 3 minute walk to the beach multiple times per day. We didn’t need our car once we were on the island- pine st and restaurants are just a quick walk away. The outdoor shower and water hose by the driveway were perfect to wash off sand and salt water before going inside. I would most definitely rent this property again!

"We had a fabulous time! This lovely home is truly a treasure. Just steps to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and felt cozy and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the greenery on the back patio was lush. Beds and furniture were quite comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was just perfect for our family! Duncan friendly, flexible, and responsive. All in all it was an amazing trip. Can’t recommend AMI and this cozy little cottage enough!

"It was amazing and we absolutely love the place. The walk to the beach is even closer than what the pictures showed, the house was so cute and clean, and the backyard felt very private from the neighbors. If I had one complaint it would be that the master bathroom shower is a bit difficult to figure out, but other than that everything was extremely great.

"My husband and I stayed here recently for our ten year anniversary. With only steps to the beach it was absolutely perfect. This little bungalow was perfect for the two of us but plenty of space for up to four people. The pool and hot tub were both amazing. The ac worked well and the location was absolutely perfect. I'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!
