Mar Y Sol is truly a modern oasis with the authentic charm and history of the early 1900s and is only steps away from the beach. The elevated property has a large porch with Gulf views and beach access is steps away.

EXTERIOR

Rinse off the sand or take a shower outside when you get home from the beach! After a long day at the beach, hang out outside in the undercover area and relax in the hammock and enjoy a good book or just daze away. There is also a dining area and gas grill if you are in the mood of preparing your island dinner.

Minimum stay: 28 nights and Maximum occupancy: 4 people

There are two covered parking spaces under the carport and an additional two parking spaces i the driveway at Mar Y Sol.

This property requires a 28 night minimum.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We stayed here for the month of May, such a lovely property, so much thought had gone into every detail and everything was high end. We were so comfortable here we didn’t want to leave, the rental is set back from the road with the trolley stop right outside and the beach just over the crossing, inside the property the furnishings and linens were of superior quality with an abundance of towels, there was just two of us and we really couldn’t of picked a more perfect property for our holiday, a real home from home, we shall return! Also big shout out for Petra and Team Duncan 5 star service at every stage

"Thanks for sharing your cottage with us. The property was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures show it just as it is, beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It's close to the beach and convenient to everything on the island.

"Amazing all the way! Mar y Sol was a brand new done over cottage with everything you need for your perfect vacay and a hop skip and a jump to the fab beach! We hope to he lucky enough to return!!!
