Manatee Manor is a newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom, pool, and canal front cottage in Anna Maria. Enjoy easy Island life surrounded by tropical landscaping and a sailboat canal. It sleeps up to six guests. Bring your family and enjoy all the amenities Manatee Manor has to offer for time well spent together! Tucked away in a quiet side street on the sought-after North end of the Island you can find relaxation by the beautiful pool area that overlooks the canal. Stroll to the beach and soak up the sun! Return, freshen up and explore Pine Avenue for shopping or eating out, take in the Bay water views and the lights of the Sunshine Skyway at night.

EXTERIOR

The patio, pool, and canal area include a screened in porch with a large outdoor dining table with seating for 6 in a lush back yard. Enjoy hot days and balmy evenings around the 12 ft. by 20 ft. pool, which has a waterfall and a shallow area. The canal overlooks the treasured mangroves where you can observe several species of wildlife, including nesting birds and fish that jump right out of the water! There is no bridge to get to this canal by boat. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are three parking spaces in the driveway. No garage use for guest except laundry facilities accessible via side door.
Bicycles are not for guest use.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Manatee Manor. Great location for privacy and great fishing directly behind house! Walkable distance to several things although a golf cart makes a big difference getting around on the island! Would definitely recommend staying with Duncan as they were very responsive and flexible!

"Thank you for making our stay on AMI an unforgettable experience. We received our text with our door code and from the moment we walked through the door our holiday began. Everything was clean and tidy and the complementary bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. All the instructions in the online manual were easy to follow- the house was in a perfect position for the beach, Pine Avenue and the piers- the Dock an added bonus - we will be back - thank you Duncan.

"We had a lovely two week stay at Manatee Manor. Very convenient for the trolley, which can carry you around the whole island for free and the shops of Pine Avenue. The house is located very close to the City Pier and only a 20 minute walk from the Rod and Reel Pier. The house was immaculate with a lovely pool area and a fishing dock at the back of the house. We were able to fish off the dock and watch the world go by. The house lived up to its name. One morning we counted three Manatees feeding off the Vegetation in the canal. - an experience we will never forget. We will definitely be back. Thank you -

"I stayed with my husband, sister & brother-in-law. The house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed to make our week fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor shower were a big hit. A bit of a walk to get to the beach, but well worth it. The guys fished from the private dock and we even saw a couple of manatee. Highly recommend this home
