From the moment you arrive, island life takes over. Start your mornings on the expansive elevated deck, surrounded by a fresh coastal breeze, and spend your days immersed in water, sunshine, and palm-lined tranquility. Watch the canal come alive with nature. Dolphins and manatees often glide through the water, while herons and egrets can be spotted along the shoreline.

When you’re not on the water or at the beach, the covered carport and garage space provide an all-weather hangout spot—ideal for family games of cornhole, shaded relaxation, or gathering together on rainy afternoons.
As the day winds down, gather on the dock and take in the glowing evening sky reflected across the water—an unforgettable backdrop for dinner, drinks, and time with family and friends. Whether you’re here for a beach vacation, a boating adventure, or a quiet island retreat, Magnolia Breeze delivers the perfect Anna Maria Island experience.

The weekly pool heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety, and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are four reserved parking spaces reserved for this property.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
