There are 2 parking spaces designated in the driveway for this property plus a garage spot.

The weekly pool heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.
In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment except for pool heat fees will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

Livingood is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 30 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We had a great vacation in this home. Everything was perfect. We highlight the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood with a nice environment. All the furniture and kitchen appliances are in excellent condition, almost new, the beds are very comfortable. The beach equipment they left us was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

"We had the happy occasion to stay at LivinGood for 6 weeks early spring this year. We found the location to be more convenient to the beaches, shopping and restaurants than we anticipated. A bonus was to be able to park in the garage. It also has charging for an electric vehicle! The updated home is well laid out for your family or visitors or to entertain with an open floor plan. The appliances are first class and the kitchen is nicely supplied. A large dinning table is very accommodating for various sized dinning We especially liked the master suite and king bed being separated from the other two bedrooms. It had its own screened in outdoor sitting room to enjoy. But the best part was the lovely private pool. The best! The pool deck is well appointed for lounging and dining and lots of ‘toys’. It even has a putting green. The landscaping is very nicely done. We even liked to occasionally sit out front under the covered entry with a glass of wine before -or after dinner! We recommend LivinGood as your getaway for your AMI paradise.

Living Good at LivinGood

"We stayed at LivinGood for the month of February and had a fantastic experience. My husband and I were the first guests to enjoy the home after a complete renovation, and it truly shows. The house is beautifully updated and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the beach. As with any new construction, there were a couple of minor issues, but they were addressed promptly and professionally by the team at Duncan Realty. Their responsiveness made a great impression. The location is ideal—a short walk brings you to the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. When we weren’t at the beach, we loved spending time in the backyard. It’s a beautifully designed space, perfect for relaxing. The pool is wonderful, and the loungers and umbrellas made it easy to unwind in comfort. Overall, LivinGood is a fantastic home, and we would happily return!
