Jersey Girl features a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the back house. It's perfectly suited for multigenerational family getaways providing generous space to spread out. Also, a wonderful layout for a bridal party getting ready for the big day!
The home features tasteful coastal-themed décor throughout that prioritizes guest comfort. Its gourmet kitchen and open floor plan are inviting family gatherings. Start your day at the breakfast bar and pick one of the many options for a great dinner together. The large table on the balcony offers alfresco style or dine pool side in the covered area under the front house.
Boasting over 1500 square feet of outdoor living in a secluded poolside setting, enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Explore the various pool side areas where you can relax on sun loungers, catch up with family by the premium quality adirondacks or hang out in the covered sitting corner and watch some sports. Play a round of pool or have a Connect Four competition!

Conveniently located just a block away from Anna Maria's Pine Avenue, guests have easy access to fabulous shopping and dining options. Moreover, the Gulf or Bay Beaches, situated at each end of Spring Avenue, are within a short stroll. For those who prefer an active retreat, various rental options such as bikes, golf carts, GoPeds, and mopeds are available, allowing visitors to explore the tropical paradise hassle-free.

Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours. The Gulf Coast of Anna Maria boasts exceptional fishing opportunities, with two fishing piers and numerous charter captains available for hire.

EXTERIOR

The living room opens to the large balcony with outdoor dining which over looks the pool area and guest house. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas under both the main house and guest house. Other features include pool table, connect 4, an outdoor shower and gas grill.

There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.

Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Consider renting Jersey Girl's little sister Jersey Gal for a smaller party. It features the front house with 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Had a great trip to Jersey Girl. The house has everything you could possibly need. I loved all the beach gear available to use during my stay. I also loved having access to the washer and dryer and all of the laundry supplies. The Jersey Girl has a great location. It is a very short 5 minute walk to the bay to watch the sunrise and a short 10 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset. The best of both worlds.

"We had an amazing stay. Main house had room to entertain and a fully stocked kitchen. The bunk room is great for the vacation sleepovers. The additional back house is convenient and allowed us to accommodate everyone comfortably. Both seemed recently updated and very clean and bright. The outdoor area is spectacular. Many hours spent in the pool! There was room to relax in the sun, rest in the shade, enjoy a drink at the Tiki bar or cook out on the grill! Location is a short ride or walk to beach and many restaurants near by. We will be coming back!

"We had an unforgettable stay at Jersey Girl. The property was absolutely perfect for our group. Spacious, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. The main house offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The additional cottage house is such a bonus, perfect for added privacy. We spent hours soaking up the sun, lounging poolside. The large pool area felt like our own private resort. Location could not be better. It is just a short walk to the gorgeous beaches. We also loved how easy it was to explore the nearby restaurants, shops and even a bit of local nightlife. It was the perfect island getaway!

"We had 5 adults and 4 children stay there for a week. The main kitchen/dining/living area had plenty of room for all of us to spend time together. The kitchen had plenty of space and great cookware, and 2 blenders! 2 of the bedrooms being in the seperate structure allowed for some needed time apart. The pool area had a good mix of sun and shade and lots of covered table space for meals outside by the pool. There were lots of beach supplies, 8 chairs and a wagon to get it there. We would definitely come back for our next visit.

"My family and I have been renting the Jersey Girl for an annual trip for the past 5 years and we LOVE the Jersey Girl. There is a main house and there is a guest house with a pool in between. It's perfect for larger groups because there is plenty of room to entertain and hang out together, but the home also provides an opportunity for everyone to have their own space. We love having the ability to have half the group stay at home and swim in the pool or head to the beach. We always feel like it's our home away from home when we come to stay for the week because the house is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked for nights we decide to stay in and cook. The Jersey Girl is in a prime location to walk to the beach, all the shops in town, and most importantly for my family the donut shop. Cannot recommend the Jersey Girl enough for your stay in AMI.

"I had a fantastic stay at the Jersey Girl on Anna Maria Island. It was my first visit to Anna Maria, and the experience exceeded all expectations! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, capturing the perfect beach house vibe that’s ideal for a seaside retreat. Located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, the property is conveniently within walking distance of coffee shops, sweet treats, and shopping. The layout is particularly impressive, featuring a main house and a smaller house nestled around a lovely swimming pool. It’s perfect for families or a group of friends looking for a memorable getaway. I highly recommend this stay—it's a true gem!

"We recently had the wonderful experience of staying at the Jersey Girl on Anna Maria, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, one block off Pine avenue which is the main shopping area, while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions making the check in process a breeze. The amenities were top notch, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, a warm and inviting outdoor area with a pool and lanai. The icing on the cake was the lovely guest cottage. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

"We had the most amazing stay at Jersey Girl! We have booked this rental before and are always impressed with this home. It was a perfect distance to the beach. We also loved having the option to hang by the pool too! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals for our large group. It is great that there is a cottage so anyone with young children or someone who needs to go to bed early can be separate from the larger group. We will definitely be booking again!

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in June and it was exactly what we were looking for! The pool provides a lovely, secluded getaway once you get back from the beach (which was only a short walk away!). PLENTY of space to have a large group stay in the house if that is what you are looking for. The property is close enough to the beach and restaurants but not too close to the "main drag". The ice cream shop around the corner is a nice bonus!! Checking in and out was such a breeze. Such a nice, quiet place to stay and we will definitely be back!

"I had the opportunity to stay at The Jersey Girl on Anna Maria Island in March. This home checked all of the boxes. You could not ask for a better location. A short stroll to restaurants and shops as well as a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Very convenient! We loved the main floor open concept which had all the amenities you could ask for. Vacationing with 3 other couples we had ample room. Plenty of gathering spaces in the kitchen and lounging area plus a large outdoor dining space off the kitchen area which was great for evening dinners in the beautiful Florida weather. A beautiful pool located between the main house and guest quarters was a bonus. Additional relaxing areas surrounding the pool provided options to be in the sun or the shade. This area was quite peaceful and tranquil with the gorgeous landscaping. This home was fully equipped and did not disappoint in anyway. It was absolutely a pleasure staying at The Jersey Girl and would highly recommend!!!
