Island Haven is an updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Island pool home on a canal with a private dock. From the moment you walk in, you will instantly feel relaxed and ready to take on the Island lifestyle. Enjoy this ground level private home in a quiet location. Island Haven has two dining areas and a large open living room with a reading area. There is a full, well-equipped kitchen for nights that you are not enjoying one of the many restaurants on the Island. Catch your evening meal right off the dock and enjoy eating out on the screened porch. The back yard has beautiful, lush landscaping with a private pool and plenty of seating to work on your tan.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy your morning coffee or dine on the back patio with plenty of outdoor seating. The backyard has lush landscaping surrounding a beautiful pool. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood and take a stroll to the beach in about 10 minutes. Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the large outdoor shower which you can enter from the back yard. Bring your boat and enjoy the luxury of your own private dock. The boat in the photo is not for guest use. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Maximum of 8 guests can stay at this property.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway reserved for guest use throughout your stay.

This property requires a 28-night minimum stay.

"Island Haven really lives up to its name . I loved this house, situated in the quieter area of the island in Holmes Beach . The house is furnished and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. Outside, being on the canal afforded a good degree of privacy and quietness for spending time in the pool, and there are ample sun beds and recliners, placed to take advantage of both sun and shade as required . Location just two blocks walk to the beach is perfect. It will be my go to rental whenever possible . A real home from home.
