Newly renovated with beautiful tile floors and furniture. Island Gem B is a two-bedroom rental in Anna Maria offering guests a tranquil Island experience near the beach right in the heart of the Island's favorite shopping and dining area. You will be located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay with three blocks either way between you and the water. Enjoy the private backyard and pool area. Your furry family member up to 25 lbs is also welcome!
You will be only two short blocks from Pine Avenue, with its specialty shops and plentiful eateries. Do you have a larger party? Rent the other side of this duplex as well to sleep a total of 8 guests. The fireplace is decorative only and not for use.

EXTERIOR

There is an outdoor deck with plenty of seating by the pool area and grill to cook your catch of the day.

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are two parking spaces reserved for this property in the driveway.

Island Gem B is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per stay and short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks.

All the beach gear was a great addition. They were very attentive and even brought a new beach chair when one broke.

"Duncan was a great host. The property is better than it looks on the pictures, clean, good temperature, it has everything you need to enjoy a great stay. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the best beach on the island, great restaurants and shops close by.

"Great location! Great house! Great pool! We had a wonderful stay! The beach is less than 3 blocks away and you can walk to restaurants! Easy to find but still a quiet, peaceful area. "Our family vacation was unforgettable. Our stay at Ducan’s house was as expected. Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful decorations. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed to cook at home but there’s plenty of restaurants with delicious food and great ambiance. 3 blocks away from the beautiful AnnaMaria’s beach, give you the pleasure of going back and forward anytime of the day, just walking. I love this house and especially the private pool, and the deck . I will definitely rented again in our next vacation to AnnaMaria Islands.

Perfect location for walking the beaches

"We really enjoyed our stay at Island Gem B. It was the perfect location to walk the beaches and close to our favorite breakfast and lunch place, Ginny's & Jane E's! Other great places to eat nearby. The backyard is VERY private! The bed is VERY comfortable and everything is updated and very clean. We will come back!

"Our stay was wonderful! Having our own little oasis in the backyard with a pool was awesome. The location was great (walking distance to the beach) and close to some restaurants of Anna Maria Island. We were also very happy with the level of cleanliness and adorable decor! "Great location/close to either side of the island. Having a private pool was awesome. It’s very clean and Duncan was great about communication before our trip. There were a few things that we wished were better like the towels and sheets but we felt like it was a great place for the price.
