Newly renovated with beautiful tile floors and furniture. Island Gem A is a two-bedroom rental in Anna Maria offering guests a tranquil Island experience near the beach right in the heart of the Island's favorite shopping and dining area. You will be located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay with three blocks either way between you and the water. You will be only two short blocks from Pine Avenue, with its specialty shops and plentiful eateries. There is space for two cars in the driveway, and you can also use the free trolley to get around the area, all the way to Holmes and Bradenton Beaches. Do you have a larger party? Rent the other side of this duplex as well to sleep a total of 8 guests. There is access to a boat dock just across the street.

EXTERIOR

Island Gem A features an outdoor patio area with a grill and seating. Island Gem A also has access to a shared dock that you can use to either fish or dock a small boat. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).
There are two parking spaces reserved for this property.

Island Gem A is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"This house has a great location - close to beach, pier, Pine Street and across the street from the Anna Maira recreation center that has a gym/tennis which guests can use for a small daily fee. Everything was clean and check in/out easy. Thank you!

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very nice and the interior was as accurate as the pictures. One night there was a severe thunderstorm that made the bathroom light stop working, but maintenance was very kind and came promptly to fix it. We would stay again if we come back to Anna Maria.

"The property was clean, spacious, kitchen well furnished with pots, pans and crockery. All the appliances were in perfect state and very easy to use. The only minor issue is that, for some reason, the A/C doesn't seem to work in the bedrooms as well as in the other rooms, so the bedrooms were pretty warm, but it was not a big deal. Dealing with Duncan Real Estate was very easy and they have been very available to accommodate our requests where possible. We had a very small issue with the dishwasher and they sent someone immediately to take care of it. The property is 10 minutes walks from the beach, so very convenient (we did not rent a car and not even a golf cart during our stay!). Definitely recommended!

"This space was perfect for our stay. Being in walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants was great. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious as well. Would highly recommend! Keep in mind you will need to bring your own items such as laundry detergent, toilet paper/paper towels (they give a couple rolls), etc. You will also be asked to sign a very basic contract with the owner after booking through AirBnB.
