Emerald Surf is a newly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom canal front home with a pool in the city of Anna Maria. This fabulous house is only 2 short blocks to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and a short walk to the restaurants and shops on Pine Avenue. The easy ground level living offers a large living room with plush seating for the entire family and a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The open floor plan streamlines the living area, renovated kitchen, and dining room. Free Wi-Fi will keep you connected. The house sleeps 6 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Enjoy island style living by the beautiful pool or bring your boat for more water fun.

EXTERIOR

The patio, pool and canal area include a screened in porch with a large outdoor dining table with plenty of seating in a lush back yard. Enjoy hot days and balmy evenings around the pool, which has a waterfall and a shallow tanning area. There is also an outdoor shower to fresh up after your day at the beach.
The canal overlooks the mangroves where you can observe several species of wildlife, including nesting birds and manatees at certain times of the year! There is no bridge to get to this canal by boat. The dock is about 18 ft. with cleats to tie up a smaller boat. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

"This is a beautiful home to create lasting memories. Perfectly located two easy walking blocks to the beach or bay, as well as every store including Pine Ave, Sandbar, The Porch, Sushi Ramen, the corner store, Donut Experiment and so much more. The home of located on the canal, for early morning and late afternoon manatee sightings and the backyard pool with outdoor sitting spaces and closed in porch are the best! The rooms and beds are top line and everything is pristine and clean. 5 ⭐️ rating for sure!

What’s not to love about Emerald Surf!

"Emerald Surf has been our winter break go to” home for the past 5 years. Notice that I said home, and not rental. Everything from the comfortable furnishings and decor and well-equipped kitchen to the screened-in lanai meant for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Along with heated pool, close to the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and ice cream - What’s not to love about Emerald Surf! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the great team of professionals at Duncan Real Estate. Looking forward to our return in 2023!
