Come to this Island home and have a vacation of a lifetime! Totally remodeled, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath pool home is well appointed with designer finishes throughout. The living area has plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day with your favorite morning treat at the breakfast bar. There is also a large Florida room with a dining table for six to gather around the family. A sofa and chair provide an additional seating area. This spacious and serene getaway sleeps up to six people. Hop on the close by, free Trolley and explore the quaint Island shops and restaurants. Take a short stroll to the Ugly Grouper in Holmes Beach for a little live music in their tropical, open-air venue. The Gulf of Mexico is in walking distance with a beach access at the end of 65th St.

The pool area is a stunning oasis and after a day at the beach enjoy a refreshing swim in your own private 18 ft by 11 ft pool and spa. Enjoy the sunshine and relax surrounded by tropical landscaping.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are three parking spaces available in the driveway at Ebb Tide.

Ebb Tide is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 20 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We had the best vacation ever!

"We had the best vacation ever. We had a problem with the AC unit. We notified Team Duncan and the Maintenance Manager came right away within 10 min. He cleansed out condensation line, we thought we had it. But it acted up again and it was past his working time. He came back and attempted again. Seem to not be working correctly. Instead of wasting our evening he contacted a HVAC service and they were there in like 10 min as well. Everything we needed Team Duncan was on top of it. Great communication between the customer service rep. We have stayed on AMI island in the past and had similar concerns but have never received the top notch service we received from Team Duncan!!!! We will definitely be a return customer next year with Team Duncan!!!!

"Everything went great, good accomodation and nice pool. All appliances and air conditioning work properly. Beautiful vegetation, lawn and palm trees. Lots of crockery, pots, cups, glasses, a large fridge. Clean toilets, bathroom and shower.

"Great spacious property, clean and only three blocks from the beach - a short stroll that we enjoyed. There are a couple parking spaces at the beach entrance but they fill up quick. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and floaties. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils when dining in. The location is great close to everything we wanted to check out and not far from Publix, CVS and Walgreens. Our family of six enjoyed the stay and we hope to be back again.
