This luxury home has been totally renovated and refurnished in 2025. Be the first to stay since re-opening!
This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home comfortably accommodates eight guests. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, to the TV in the living room and three of the bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen, nothing has been spared when decorating this home. You will not want for anything when it comes to the amenities and the quality vacation that you will experience.

EXTERIOR

The outdoor space in this house is fabulous. The screened in patio invites you to relax in the shade while the 31 ft by 14 ft pool and spa offer plenty of sunshine. There is a wading area for the little ones to splash in the water. More sitting and lounge spots are provided to find a place for the whole family.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are four parking spots in the driveway.
There is video surveillance by the front entrance.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Our first trip to the area and we were so pleasantly impressed! Everything was great for our whole group - 7 of us fit comfortably in the house. Quiet neighborhood, walkable, great shops and restaurants. House was perfect- it had everything we needed. The beach supplies were so great - we didn’t have to buy anything extra. It would have been nice to have more bath and beach towels in the house, but it just meant more laundry. Not a huge inconvenience. We found the coffee maker was broken and the team from Duncan replaced it within a couple hours, just after a simple text! 10/10 would recommend!

"Perfect!!! A very well maintained house, it is there everything you could need and more. A lot is in walking distance, yet we borrowed a golf cart. Great restaurants can be found nearby and also shopping. The beaches on Anna Marie Island are a dream! We will be happy to come back. Thanks to the Duncan Real Estate team

"We had such a wonderful time at this home. Coral Beach house is one of the most stocked homes I've stayed at. The home is extremely clean, spacious, and provides plenty of seating outdoors to enjoy the pool area. The beach cart to load up for the short walk to the beach was an added bonus! This home may have just become our yearly tradition. Duncan provided excellent communication and was quick to respond with any questions I had prior to arrival. Highly recommend this home. Enjoy!
