Welcome to Conch Cottage! This large studio is part of a cottage-style triplex in Bradenton Beach on a quiet dead-end street within a short walk to Bridge Street. It is one of the two ground level rental units with the upstairs being used privately. The property sits only five houses from the Gulf Beaches and two houses from the Bay side. This efficiency is the just the right size for one guest or a couple to enjoy a great island getaway. There is a King size bed with a twin sleeper sofa and seating area in the main room and a bathroom with shower. Prepare your meals in the full kitchen and eat in the dining area of the kitchen. There is a stackable washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR

Step outside and take in a tropical backyard with a heated swim spa for shared guest use. The swim spa is 16 x 8 ft. 100° is the highest heat temperature setting. Water temperatures may be lower during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool and Spa heaters might not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pool or spa is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. If the pool or spa equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pool for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There is one parking space assigned to this property.

Small dogs under 25 lbs. are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"This was our second stay with Duncan and it was just as great as the first! (Spent a week in the other side of this same stay in June 2022) Everything was exactly what is portrayed and what we expected. The place itself is cleanly, simple, and all you need plus an amazing bonus space with a hot tub and string lights. Perfect for evenings after dinner for relaxing in a tropical, private, backyard aesthetic. They offer a handful of amenities with the backyard space as well as a grill and extra beach equipment (all in good shape for use). It’s a two minute walk to the beach (you literally just cross the road and are there) as well as a 5-7 minute walk to a lively street/strip area. Lots to eat and drink, music to listen to, dock to walk, ice-cream; all so close and outlined in a binder left for references. During all communication the hosts were responsive, friendly, respectful, and reliable. Said it last year and will say it again: We loved staying with Duncan and will be back. :)

"Conch Cottage offered my partner and I an absolutely lovely getaway! The location is amazing, with the marina dock offering a beautiful view of the local flora and fauna only a few hundred feet away and the gorgeous public beach less than a quarter mile from it! The rental itself is the perfect size for two people, very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!

"Everything was exactly as listed in this home! very short walk to the beach and the spa in the back was an amazing addition to our stay! there were beach chairs provided as well! it was everything we could’ve wanted during our stay here! our flight wasn’t leaving until the evening and i asked to pay more for a late checkout and they allowed us a late checkout for no charge! we would definitely stay here again.

"This is a 3 unit vacation home, we stayed in the Conch village and was slightly smaller than it appeared in the photos , however it was a perfect location and clean. Our unit was in the bottom level left, 2nd unit bottom right and 3rd unit 2nd floor. All have own access to each unit.

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Conch Cottage. It was clean and the best location ever. The mattress seemed new and so comfortable! My only suggestion would be to put a mattress pad or protector on it so it stays clean. The owner lives upstairs and was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again next year!

"This was our first experience at an Airbnb. The cottage was exactly what was posted online from location to cleanliness. They provided extras such as beach necessities and plenty of towels which really made our stay enjoyable. They also left brochures explaining what was in the area of things to do and places to go. My husband and I would never hesitate to rent another a Airbnb from Dunkin real estate they are truly honorable to their words we had a very enjoyable time.

"Conch cottage is small and cozy. Just what u need for a stay. 2 houses away from the bay for dolphin and manatee watching. 5 houses away from the beach for easy access. Bradenton Cortez and cocquina beaches are all right there so plenty of room to enjoy yourself. Great location. Would recommend renting a golf cart to cover the entire island from end to end if u want to see it all.Team Duncan will answer promptly any questions or issues u may have.They are on top of it.
