A fabulous new heated pool and spa for an early morning or late evening swim. There is also a tiki hut so there is shade from the sun with plenty of seating to relax with a cocktail or watch the children play in the pool. A cornhole set for afternoon competitions after a day at the beach and prepare your dinner on the grill!
There is also a firepit to gather around in the cool months.

Use the outdoor shower to refresh or rinse off the sand after a day in the sun! Did we mention how close the house is to the beach? Just stroll down the street! Don't miss a single sunset!

Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.
Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours, and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
