Vacation like an Islander in this lovely four-bedroom pool home located one block from the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. A quick walk leads to the relaxing waves and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This single-story ranch style home has everything you need for the perfect vacation: a full kitchen, dining room with table for six and a high-top table with seating for 4, and comfortable living room to gather together.

The master bedroom features a King bed and an Ensuite bathroom. A guest room with a king bed includes an Ensuite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen size bed and fourth bedroom with bunk beds featuring a full and twin. Each bedroom has a TV.

EXTERIOR

The sparkling pool and spa is the highlight of the fenced backyard. Sit by the pool bar and enjoy a cocktail. The pool is surrounded by loungers, patio dining set and gas grill, an outdoor shower, relaxation abounds at Coastal Breeze.
You are an easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and the free Island trolley, which travels the entire length of the Island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation! There are 4 parking spaces for this home.

The weekly pool and spa heat is $150 which will be set at 86º F for the pool and 102º F for the spa. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours, and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Pool equipment does not run 24 hrs., and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum of 8 guests can stay at this property.
