EXTERIOR

The living room opens to the private pool and your own Bay beach at your door. Enjoy an early morning swim and watch the sun rise over the Bay. There is plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the Florida sun! Other features include an outdoor shower and gas grill.

There are 2 parking spaces side by side for compact cars for this property. The garage is not for guest use.

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Casa Cay is an amazing home. It was clean, well kept, nice pool, and right on the beach. Duncan has more reasonable prices on great properties. We have been very pleased renting through them. We look forward to our next trip to Anna Marian Island.

"This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with my best friends. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. A major bonus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom—an absolute must for a girls’ trip! The shared living space offered beautiful views, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by every afternoon around 3:00 PM. We even left some cute floats for the next guests to enjoy while relaxing in the calm waters. I’ll definitely be bringing my family next time and hope this place is available when we return!

"We had a truly excellent time at Casa Cay. I visited with my 1.5 and 3.5 year old along with my in-laws who are in their 90's. The house was perfect for us! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house had very recently been renovated and was in pristine condition when we arrived. The location is beyond outstanding. The house itself is on the beach, and it's just steps to the ocean. We rented a golf cart and were able to get anywhere we wanted to be in within 5 minutes. While the beach at the house is a little rocky, the water is gorgeous and we saw dolphins everyday. The pool at the house is immaculate and was serviced while we were there. I would come back to this house again and again!

"Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, nice pool, and the beach couldn’t be any closer. The view is unreal! The house is nicely appointed with an updated kitchen and all the necessities. Staff is friendly and prompt if needed for anything. We LOVED our stay, and will be back. Highly recommended!

Dolphins in the morning!

"The location was perfect!!! We enjoyed seeing dolphins in the morning out of the living room window. It was very peaceful on the Bay side and more action on the Gulf side. The only negative is the house is a little outdated, but of course I knew that prior to booking through the pictures. Location makes up for it!

"Amazing home!!! Saw dolphin and manatee from the beach right outside the home. Woke up to see beautiful sunrises in the morning. Kids loved having the pool and beach right outside the house. We would definitely rent again.
