Welcome to Casa al Mar! This splendid upper level duplex has been totally renovated and remodeled as of September 2026 and is located a very short walk to the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy water glimpses from the screened in porch and living area, not to mention the fabulous island sunsets! Walk to catch the free trolley, shop at the boutiques and dine on delicious local seafood at Holmes Beach many fabulous restaurants or at the newly opened Beach Bistro.
The back yard is exclusive to this upstairs duplex which resembles the beach and has an array of out-door games including a beach badminton court.

INTERIOR

The keyless front door opens into a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area with a generous amount of comfortable seating. The living room has a view of the gulf beaches and there is a bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa and large screen TV to relax with the family. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and fully stocked to cook those welcome family meals. The main bedroom with separate ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower has a king bed, while a second bedroom has a queen bed, and family/media room with a 75" TV, a sound bar with Dolby sound and subwoofer and also a queen sleeper sofa. This property welcomes any day arrival in the off-season months. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the private large sand/beach yard with outdoor games including Cornhole, Badminton with large badminton court, Bocce Ball, Spike ball and giant Connect 4, outdoor dining for 6 with a grill. There is also an outdoor shower for rising off after a day at the beach. Two parking spots assigned on the entrance side on 71st Street for this property. Grab the free Island trolley to venture farther afield. For fishing and dining, Casa al Mar is a short walk to the beach or take the trolley to the Anna Maria City Pier which will be opening again soon.
