This three-story duplex features a rooftop deck and balconies on every level. Enjoy celebrating the sunrises over the Bay each morning and sunsets over the Gulf every evening during your stay here. Blue Water Escape is a lovely property with lots of natural light from the many windows throughout the property, many with views of the Gulf and Bay! From the balconies on each floor, you can smell the salt air and observe the waves rolling as this unit is just one house away from the beach.
A game station and a ping pong table offer fun activities after a day in the sun.

Blue Water Escape features breathtaking views from multiple angles all over the property. Every bedroom has access to a balcony in this home. The rooftop balcony showcases views of the entire island, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Beach access is only 135 feet away, which is only about a two-minute walk.
The driveway accommodates parking for up to two cars.

Blue Water Escape is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged per week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

This property is protected by video surveillance.

"The location was fantastic, the host communicated well and the space was great! Also liked having beach towels and chairs and fans in the room so we didn’t have to travel with them. Washer and dryer were also convenient. The king bed was comfortable, as were the twins, but the queen was lacking support. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

"This was our 2nd stay at this property on Bradenton Beach. We love the location that is a couple of blocks from all the food and entertainment you need. The house itself is clean and spacious with multiple balconies and a roof top view to enjoy the Gulf views. We will be back!

"This was our third year staying at this property. Great location and the roof top deck is perfect for watching the sunset. One block from Cortez bridge greatly reduces island entry and exit time. Duncan Realty is super communicative and easy to work with. Look forward to 2025

"The house might be even nicer in person. Beautiful views from almost every window and the roof deck is private with a stunning view of the ocean. A balcony in all three bedrooms. We love the location because our three teens can safely do their own thing on Bridge Street and we are steps from the beach. This was our wedding week and the house was perfect for entertaining small groups of friends from out of town. The garage had a ton of beach gear for us to use and there were plenty of kitchen and cleaning supplies. Beautiful property and the communication was great. Definitely recommend.

"This place was above and beyond what you could want in a beach vacation place. The location is so close to the beach, there is a great pizza place right next door. The house is very clean, very roomy, has all the accommodations you could possibly need. The balconies are great and the rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset if you don't make it to the beach to see it. The shower pressure is awesome, the beds are comfortable. The check-in and check-out process is super efficient. Great, great place!!!

"We had an awesome time at this beautiful home. The beach is a few steps from the house, restaurants and bars with live music are all along the strip. We stayed with a 9 month old baby and could access all places by foot or take the free trolley bus. Great customer service being available for the any of our questions. Thank you! "Beautiful property in a fantastic location. We have been going to Ami for 30 years and always stayed on beachfront properties. So believe me when I say This property is better than beach front. The well stocked garage saves money on rentals - wagon, chairs, bikes, canopy, kayak - anything you need is available on thr property. Another feature we liked is that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The rooftop deck provides 360 panoramic views of beach and gulf. Be aware that parking is tight. And if you’re a sleeper bring an eye mask as the sun comes in bright and early. We will definitely consider this property for our 2023 trip to AMI.

"Staying at the Blue Water Escape for a week in Bradenton Beach was a wonderful experience. We have been to the area 8-10 times previously and this property, location and the owners are at the top of the list of places we have stayed! This was an easy 5 star review to give out. Super clean, all amenities were thoughtfully taken care of, 3 different balconies/roof top to enjoy the gulf view, close walk to Bridge St, and great owners! The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer!
