Vacation like an Islander in our lovely three-bedroom pool home located two blocks from the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. A quick walk leads to the relaxing waves and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our single-story ranch style home has everything you need for the perfect vacation; a full kitchen, dining room with table for six, and comfortable living room to gather together. The master bedroom features a King bed and an Ensuite bathroom. A guest room with two twin beds includes an Ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool. The final guest room has a queen-sized bed with French doors to the pool deck. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

EXTERIOR

The sparkling heated pool under the screened lanai is the highlight of the fenced backyard. Surrounded by pool loungers, and outdoor shower, patio dining set and gas grill, outdoor relaxation abounds. Our home is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and the free Island trolley, which travels the entire length of the Island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation! There are 4 parking spaces for this home.

Optional pool heat up to 86 F is available from November to April at $150/week Pools are serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance.

Beached Inn is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet with a maximum of 2. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"This vacation rental was a great place. Clean and spotless. Great location with easy access it had everything we needed. The house was spotless, well furnished thoughtfully, and extremely well equipped. The location is so peaceful just a block from the beach. I could tell that the owners really took time to make sure this was a great experience for any one staying in the home. The office staff from Duncan were always available, helpful, and very nice to deal with. I recommend this rental home and company. Will definitely planning another trip to this beautiful property. "We booked our beach house with Duncan Real State for a week family vacation. We selected this house mainly because it was pet friendly and its proximity to the beach. Didn't know what to expect since as we all know everything looks great in pictures and we have never worked with this company before. However it was important to us that the house would comfortably fit our family. We were impressed how well equipped, clean and comfortable this house was. Thank you Duncan Real State for providing us with a great experience, we truly felt at home something not easily accomplished when traveling with a two year old boy. Plan to book our next house with you guys.
