Ideally situated at the corner of Spring and Crescent Avenues, it's right in the middle of everything the village of Anna Maria has to offer.

If you like hanging out under the sun and stars when you're in Florida, Beach N Bay will be the perfect place to call home! Be sure to pack your mini drink umbrellas because you'll will have a tropical drink in hand, and soak up the Anna Maria sunshine! Your outdoor amenities are rounded out with a big grill cooking with gas. There's also a drink cooler, a firepit surrounded by patio chairs, an outdoor shower, and a screened porch with flat panel TV.

Rent the other side of this duplex with the pool with heating and cooling capabilities to accommodate up to 8 people under one roof! Call for occupancy details.

Beach N Bay 204 has two parking spots reserved for guests.

Beach N Bay 204 is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"The duplex was beautiful. Very comfortable, TV in each room. Well stopped. Only no soap in the bathtub. But had everything else. Beds were comfortable. He allowed us to pay one pet fee when we had two since one was an emotionally support dog. He was an extremely helpful House. Brought us an umbrella when the one in the garage was broke. I would stay here again definitely.

"The place was easy to find, very clean and super cozy. The rain didn’t damper our stay as we enjoyed watching movies and cooking dinner in the fully furnished kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and great local shops. We have an elder beagle and being able to bring him with us made the vacation perfect! We truly enjoyed our Weekend. Already planning our next vacation in this lovely listing!

"Great place to stay on AMI. Duncan was very responsive. Place was clean, easy to get in upon arrival. Great location, walkable to both sides of the island, lots of shops, restaurants and beach close by. Only thing missing was bikes! Note if bringing fur baby, the back is fenced but pavers. Small strips of grass by the street but truly not much grass on island from what I noticed. Overall, good rental! :)

"We were so happy and fortunate to find Beach N Bay 204 available! A prior host canceled at the last minute after we'd been booked for months for a wedding at The Sandbar restaurant nearby. The A/C was struggling and the host and owner jumped right on it, repairing it quickly. It was a great unit, location, host, and stay!

"What a wonderful cottage! We have stayed in many homes but this is one of our Favorites! Clean and spacious. Hot tub with cute outdoor area. Screened porch with Tv in the screened area . Beds very comfortable with TVs in every room. Washer and dryer as well. We walked to beach and many great restaurants! The Porch restaurant is excellent. Great prices great service. The communication with Duncan Group was truly incredible. Don’t hesitate to book. Thank you so much. Cheers!

"The location of this property was perfect! Just a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the bay. Clearly the name "Beach n Bay" is completely accurate. Also, the location is just a few blocks from the restaurants and stores. The property was adorable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Just like the pictures. I would book again at this location. Absolutely wonderful!

"What a great place! Had a wedding so came down for 7 days and loved this place. Perfect for a couple or a family with two kids. Best part of AMI, super quiet and walkable but we rented a golf cart for the week. Place has it all but main goal is to always be outside but when you settle in for the night it’s great with the hot tub and screened in porch. Allowing us to use the beach chairs, cooler and rolling cart was sooo helpful to go to the beach o get and easier to go to bean point beach. Love this side of the island and would only stay on this side of the island. We would stay at this house again…close to everything for bars, restaurants beach’s. Thanks for making it a great stay!!

"Love love loved this home and all it had to offer. Clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom too. Ideal location, we were equally close to bay and gulf. We walked, biked and kayaked. We never used our car. Beach supplies - perfect! Screened in porch and hot tub - perfect! It’s a place to return to.
