The ground level house features wide doors and barrier free showers and is handicapped accessible. Nothing has been spared to ensure a wonderful Island vacation retreat. This home will allow you to reconnect with family or friends and should provide for memories that will last a lifetime. The newly remodeled home is fully insulated and not only fulfills all the ecological standards but provides a beautifully quiet atmosphere.

EXTERIOR

After a sunny day at the beach our outdoor shower is a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the 14 ft. by 34 ft. heated, saltwater pool that boasts a cascading waterfall and hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. A perfect backdrop for a family picture. Relax in the flat-water area or go for a swim that takes you 34 feet across the pool or challenge your fellow travelers to a chess game with the oversize outdoor set and practice your putting strokes. The large outdoor tropical paradise with ample seating for everyone is waiting for you. The fully equipped outdoor barbecue kitchen with conventional and teppan grills, a built-in refrigerator and dining area offers plenty of space for a family get together. The outdoor sound system with an iPod and iPhone option will allow you to sunbathe on one of the many chaise lounge chairs while listening to your own playlist. An outdoor TV allows you to watch your favorite TV show or sports event while relaxing in the spa or pool.

The pool heat is set to 80° F and spa temperature to 100°F, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation can't be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or equipment failure.

Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum of 12 guests can stay at this property.

There is ample parking for at least six cars or a trailer with your personal sporting equipment like jet ski or boat. Public boat ramps are available in short distance from the house and ready for you to make your ultimate boating experience on the Gulf of Mexico.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"The listed pictures did not do justice to how nice this home is. The kitchen and living space was much bigger than I anticipated, and the bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay for 9 guests. The owner was easy to work with and very communicative. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

"Took a vacation with our extended family, we had 8 Adults and 3 Kids. The home was the perfect amount of room with plenty of space for everyone. "The house was exactly as portrayed! Great pool, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms,...all as pictured. The location was great for a very quick walk, with little ones, to the beach with a wagon, umbrellas, and chairs provided. We appreciated having a great washer and dryer on hand. Loved this property!

"Our family of 11 ages 6 through 71 enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely home after an action packed visit to Disney. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool and a short walk to a beautiful beach with spectacular sunsets made the last part of our Florida vacation perfect. Have rented several VRBO’s and this ranks as one of the best.
