Treat yourself to a great Island getaway in this custom-built ground floor vacation home. AMI Beach Home is just a few steps from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. It features four spacious bedrooms for up to eight guests and comes with all the bells and whistles needed for a comfortable vacation.

EXTERIOR

Take a dip into the 30 ft by 15 ft heated, butterfly-shaped pool which comes with a sun ledge and a spa in a tropical paradise setting. The tropical outdoor paradise is waiting for you and will offer you plenty of space for a family get together. Enjoy a barbecue dinner and gather everybody around the sitting area under the Pergola. Play some chess or relax in the hammock or on the porch swing. Choose between swimming in the warmth of the Florida sun or relaxing in the shade under the roof overhang even during tropical rain showers. The side yard offers a sitting area, grill, and a giant chess game. More relaxing spaces include a hammock and a porch swing.

The pool is set to 80°F and the spa temperature is set to 100°F, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation can't be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or equipment failure

There are four parking spaces in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"awesome location!!! excellent service!!!! we would definitely rent again. A/C could be set to a cooler setting, especially during summer days. Jacuzzi was not working, not a problem for us.

"So easily rented. Great communication, Beautiful house, perfect pool, one block to the beach. Everything you could need for a family vacation. I loved that when I got up early I could go to the living room kitchen area and everyone in the bedrooms was resting soundly. Kitchen has everything you need and an outdoor grill. Felt like a queen for a week. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will be back ?
