This a second floor condo with a direct beach walk out from your front porch area. The neighboring unit is allowed to cross to use the stairs leading down to the beach. "We throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo. Furniture is very nice. The bed was hudge and very comfortable. Bathroom is awsome. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. The view is outstanding. The best thing is it doesn't smell like a stale beach condo. Will go back next year if possible.

"The condo was clean and plenty of room for us. We felt very safe and the staff and Duncan were very helpful with any questions we had. We did not use the pool as the ocean is just steps away but it looked clean and had plenty of chairs around it. We loved the Bowles of the gulf from our living room.

"The reservation Agents were professional and knowledgeable. It was My Wife 62 Birthday surprise gift. As needed, They answered all my questions and explained details and gave clear answers to questions. We were not disappointed!! Our Arrival was superb and we were even able to check-in earlier than 4pm. The living quarters were exceptional. IMMACULATE!! Every detail and amenity that we wanted, needed or thought about was available. We had everything possible to prepare meals, more than enough Bath towels and bath items, beach accessories, games, Laundry Baskets/Soap etc. Washer/Dryer. The interior was decorated very nicely very and so spacious, beds pillows super comfortable and comfortable Large King size bed. Peaceful and quiet!! Plenty of parking.Great view of Gulf Ocean, Waves, Sail Boats in the morning and great sunsets in the evening. Very short stroll to the beach. We also enjoyed evenings in the Swimming Pool. Thanks for the beach toys, Umbrella and many extra amenities, games, Cable TV programs etc The Price was well worth our 4 days and 3 nights. A quality visit with Superb surroundings. An Overall OUTSTANDING ARBNB. Duncan Team you guys Rock. Already We are telling all our family and friends about your hidden gem. We will come back again. Thank You very much.

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. Anything you could need you can pretty find in the condo. Some outside things need updated/fixed but other then that I have zero complaints!! The ocean right outside your day was the best part for me of course. There are some fantastic places to eat right across the street. It was easy to get just about anywhere from the location. Hoping to stay there again this October!!

"CLEAN!!!! Easy to check in. Easy communication. RIGHT ON BEACH!!!! Private. Grill. All kitchen stuff. Super good time. Definitely worth it. We will be back! Publix 5 min down road. Euphemia Hayes and Harry's Restaurants across street. Nice updates. Single mom with college daughter. 2 week stay in December.

"The ocean view was spectacular! The ocean beautiful. The beach was quiet and we had great weather. 7th Heaven at Seaside III was clean, nicely decorated and homey! Everything else was nice... the kitchen, living room area and bedroom was all very nice. The patio was perfect! We come for the beach, so it was just what we wanted. Thank you for a great stay! We'll be back!

"What a gorgeous place to stay. The view alone was worth the price of admission! This was a very beautiful and private getaway on white sandy beaches, warm water and beautiful calm blue waves. Seriously, it was like something out of a postcard. The layout of the condo was perfect for families because it had a long hallway that separates the bedroom from the living room; offering a brief oasis to spend some quality time alone without disturbing the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked, not lacking anything. The town of Anna Maria and Longboat Key are just a short ride away and offer a beautiful down town square at Saint Armand's Circle. I would absolutely stay here again!

"We LOVED our stay at 7th heaven. You can not beat the location and the view. How was perfectly clean. We walked out to the beach each day and it was gorgeous!! Condo was great they even had two beach chairs and an umbrella which were very useful as we flew in and didn’t have our own. Thanks again!
