EXTERIOR

Enjoy the rectangular shaped 19 ft by 15 ft, pool with spa jets in a tropical setting. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers to make it a perfect day in the sun!

Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available at a weekly fee of 150 . Please contact us 48 hrs before arrival to add pool heat to your booking.
Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days.
Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Please note if cold days/nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There is one covered parking space under the car port and an additional parking space in the driveway.

If you are looking to accommodate a larger party, there is also the adjoining "1 Step Closer", a two bedroom and two bath duplex right next door. With both properties you will expand the property to a five bedroom and 4 bath. You can rent both sides and bring the whole extended family to sleep 12 in total.

Don't forget to bring your furry family member. 7 Doors Down is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $150.00 per pet per stay and dogs any size are welcome. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We've stayed in a number of AirBnbs and this is one of our favorites. It was a perfect amount of space for our family of four, the pool is smaller but perfect for splashing or cooling off. Everything was provided that we needed for a great stay, the variety of beach items (including chairs!) was perfect and made for an easy walk to the beach just down the road. We ate at a number of walkable restaurants and ventured up and down the entire island by golf cart easily. We would stay here again, a great value for the rate we paid even during a busy season.

Perfect for our large group!

"This was our 4th year with Duncan Reality, specifically 7 doors down and 1 step closer. This is a duplex with an adjoining door in the kitchen which is perfect for our large group. We end up with 5 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. The backyard also has a gate that opens to allow access to both pools. Anytime we have called with an issue Petra has been very nice and quick to get it resolved. We will definitely use Duncan every time for our rental needs.

"The 3 bedroom duplex was perfect for us. The pool and back yard were beautiful!! The beach was perfect walking distance and perfect amount of beach supplies were available to use. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a canopy as well as wagons to pull them to the beach in. The kitchen had small appliances such as toaster, waffle maker and coffee pot which we made use of ! Plenty of everything we needed !! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back !!

"This was our third time staying on the Island in the same condo however, it was our first time renting out the whole duplex we normally only argon the one side but we brought some family with us this year and decided to rent the whole duplex and 7 doors down was splendid and just as comfortable as 1 step closer. "Great location! Short walk to the beach. The place had beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some sand toys to use. We also LOVED the pool. This was our first time visiting AMI and we would definitely stay here again. Also, great communication before and during our visit.

"Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Outside was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and especially loved the covered patio downstairs. Right across from the bike rental and golf cart rental. Amazing restaurant Hurricane Hanks right across the street. We hardly used our vehicle. The Publix is a 4 minute drive and has a great supply of groceries. We had a great stay all around. Great neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly.
