Welcome to 1 Step Closer! This beautifully renovated duplex is only a short five-minute walk to the beach. 1 Step Closer is finished in a beach style with hardwood flooring throughout with custom cabinets & granite counter tops. This two-bedroom, two-bath elevated property is just like home, modernly furnished with all the bells & whistles. It sleeps six guests in total. The back of the villa opens to the private, tropical pool area. This vacation rental is close to shopping, dining and hop on the free trolley and explore from Bradenton Beach to the city of Anna Maria. The property also provides beach chairs, a cooler and beach wagon for your convenience. Right next door is "7 Doors Down", the three-bedroom side of the duplex. You can rent both sides as five-bedroom, four-bathroom accommodation and bring the whole extended family to sleep twelve in total.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the tropical oasis in the back. The lagoon style 19 ft. by 13 ft. pool is faceted with spa jets as well. Imagine yourself soaking up the sun and sipping an afternoon cocktail! Relax at this superb pool setting and eat dinner al fresco. The beach is in close walking distance. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and hop in the heated pool for more fun!

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are two covered parking spaces and an additional two parking spaces in the driveway.

This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire about any other dates.

1 Step Closer is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Perfect for our large group!

"This was our 4th year with Duncan Reality, specifically 7 doors down and 1 step closer. This is a duplex with an adjoining door in the kitchen which is perfect for our large group. We end up with 5 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. The backyard also has a gate that opens to allow access to both pools. Anytime we have called with an issue Petra has been very nice and quick to get it resolved. We will definitely use Duncan every time for our rental needs.

"This was our third time staying on the Island in the same condo however, it was our first time renting out the whole duplex we normally only argon the one side but we brought some family with us this year and decided to rent the whole duplex and 7 doors down was splendid and just as comfortable as 1 step closer. Duncan a 10 out of 5 stars in our book! We will continue to book with them for years to come!

Very short walk to the beach!

"You can't beat the location to this house, its a very short walk to the beach. We went in November and the pool was shaded the entire time so it was a little colder even heated but its a backyard oasis. Walking distances to multiple places which is great. You can't hear the neighbors which is awesome with them being attached by a door. Ceilings in all rooms, including the living room over the pull out.

"This home was very spacious and clean within a few minutes walk of the beach. Very close (walking distance) to so many good places to eat and visit. "Great place with awesome location. 1 Step Closer is an fantastic place to get away. It comes with everything you need for a beach vacation. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach (you can see the beach entrance from the driveway), a 2 minute walk to the free trolley, and located very close to bars/restaurants/grocery stores, etc... The private pool is a great spot to relax after being at the beach all day. The deck on the front is perfect for grilling at home. We will definitely be back to 1 Step Closer!
