Ed DeLosh, a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in property development, purchasing, remodeling, marketing, sales and sales merchandising, has joined Duncan Real Estate as the company’s vacation property management specialist. A visitor to Anna Maria Island since 1962 and a resident since 1989, Ed brings a strong familiarity of the area to his new position. “Ed will apply his acute understanding of location marketing and merchandising to propel Duncan Vacation Rentals to the next level, “said Broker Owner Darcie Duncan. “During the past year, TeamDuncan, developed an interactive marketing web site for our vacation rentals. Our next step is to broaden our user base and increase our property line. Ed is THE PERSON who will oversee operations and keep to the task at hand.â€� Ed is the father of three grown children — two daughters, Brooke DeLosh, 28, and Erin McCormack, 27, and a son, Eddie DeLosh, Jr., 22 . He is also a proud grandfather of Whitney Rose, 3 years old. Born in Japan while his family was based on military assignment, he was subsequently raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Bradenton, Florida. He currently makes his home in Bradenton Beach.
