Michelle Laade began her real estate career in 1997 after relocating from Michigan to Anna Maria Island. Captivated by the island’s charm, she purchased her first home here along with the first of many investment rental properties in Holmes Beach and the City of Anna Maria. Over the years, Michelle has built several successful island businesses, earning an exceptional reputation for customer service.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Michelle left a career with General Motors Corporation to embrace Florida’s entrepreneurial spirit. Her expertise spans every facet of real estate, including owning, managing, investing in, remodeling, designing, decorating, and selling properties for herself and for clients across Anna Maria Island and in neighboring communities such as Bradenton, Palmetto, Parrish, and Sarasota.

She has also owned and operated two highly sought-after vacation rental villas on the north end of Anna Maria, welcoming years of loyal repeat guests. In 2010, Michelle earned her real estate sales associate license, combining her extensive background in mortgages, banking, investments, business development, design, decorating, short-term vacation rental management, and marketing. This diverse skill set allows her to offer buyers and sellers an unmatched level of insight and service.

When she is not assisting clients, Michelle prioritizes time with her daughter, Emma, along with her pets and friends. She enjoys playing sports, baking, cooking fresh whole foods, creating and teaching art, coaching, and traveling both domestically and internationally. Her passion for family, food, and travel is immediately evident, and her creativity and generosity shine through in everything she does, consistently going above and beyond for her customers.
