April and her daughter, Brittnee Willoughby, are known as Your AMI Home Girls. They each manage their own clients and transactions independently while supporting one another when needed. Before moving to Florida, April spent 16 years at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, operated by the U.S. Department of Energy, where she assisted with multimillion-dollar contracts and complex client relationships. That experience strengthened her negotiation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, which she now brings to every real estate transaction.
